i give this DLC : 7/10, reviewed by immortaLeader === i finished the game yesterday and i am here to inform you that there are 0 players playing this DLC now. so don't buy an online game that has no players online ! your only choice is to find friends or a forum online or something which really is not worth it. this kind of online stuff are usually not great, but fun when you play it online. so i gave it a fair 7/10 but i have never played it. === i give this DLC : 7/10, reviewed by immortaLeader if you read this until here i made a game for iOS called "FatHatBoy" please check it out <3

This is like Left 4 Dead multiplayer. You can be a monster and wreak havoc or play as a survivor and help civilians.

Better than call of duty zombies, that's for sure. It's a nice 3rd person shooter to play with a friend

Adding competitive multiplayer modes in Resident Evil 6 was a second time when Capcom decided to add it to main series installment. First attempt was Resident Evil 5. Competitive multiplayer is pretty different from simple co-op multiplayer and shall not be integrated into main story campaign. I was unable to play Resident Evil 6 campaign at its full multiplayer potential (but I still played it in co-op), because if I was enabling feature that each duo of other heroes I am meeting with my co-op partner is played by real players, there were also other players joining who controlled enemies joining. And due to that it was very challenging to win, sometimes impossible. A place for things like this is only in competitive multiplayer modes like this one.
DLC Review
Gameplay The Onslaught mode is a 3 vs 3 Humans vs Monsters mode where the Human side has to defend as long as possible (or completely) a rather useless BSAA member. If he dies or time is over the sides switch and then the other team has to solely defend until the time limit they previously killed the BSAA soldier. There are additional gimmicks, like time reducing hourglasses or Attackers spawn randomly as a differen type of Monster, but generally its ment to be played 3 vs 3. But alas since nobody is online randomly and there are no Bots or /and splitscreen support its not really playable unless you find a group. Generally its not a bad idea and could be fun but im not really bothering to find other players that way. Conclusion/TL;DR Unless you really want to grind the achievements to get 100 % in the game i dont really recommend getting this DLC now as there are no players for this really aviable anymore.

This mode (what little I played of it) is really fun It sucks that Capcom didn't brother to put bots in the modes so people could still have some fun without needing to find people all the time to play them with such a shame
