This game is extremely fun made by the same people that made Duke Nukem

Yeah sorry Duke but this is the better Build game. No disrespect.

Ok, I'm going to be that guy. First off, the difficulty of this game is way over-hyped. Just shoot grenades around every wall and you'll kill off 2/3 of the enemies. Thanks to smoke bombs, the bosses are pretty trivial. Just go invis and hit them with everything. Truth is, the game is actually pretty bad when you are in the middle of the fights/encounters. The problem is, after THAT the levels turn into giant walking simulators as you uncover every secret in the map unintentionally to find a key you need so you can open another door to find a room which contains a secret button so you can open another door that has a button which activates something leading to the exit. Poor level design alone turns this game from being decent to being one of the most tedious pieces of trash I have played in recent memory. Low tech is no excuse either. Doom is a few years older than this game and I didn't have the same grinding tedium of scouring the map like I did here.

Awesome update of the original. Kick arse soundtrack. Still a classic today.

If you like Doom, Duke Nukem, Blake Stone or any of those, this game is absolutely for you. It's excellent!

An amazing recommendation for OG Shadow Warrior fans who are achievement hunters like myself. If achievements mean zilch to you go with the free version of this same game without the receivable achievements. Always time for some Wang any shape or form!

It's old-fashioned fun. Everything is a bit crude (graphics, sounds, humor), but it has monsters, puzzles, and varied levels. Not up to Duke Nuke'm standards, but good enough.

Enjoyed the game very much in the 90's but not anymore. It has many annoyances with maze like maps; hard to spot keys and buttons; instant deaths and mechanisms which don't always trigger. Lo Wang's quotes are still top notch. Remaster is technically sound. Recommended only for nostalgia reasons.

This game is awesome! Don't let my playtime fool you, i use the buildGDX port for build engine games. This game is an absolute classic that while it has some level design flaws in my opinion is still tons of fun, it's got loads of charm and is incredibly funny as long as you're not easily offended. The gameplay is solid and the artsyle is immaculate, there really isn't much to hate about this game besides some confusing level design. This is one of the titles in the holy trinity of build engine games (duke,blood, shadow warrior) if you're into boom shoots this is a must play!
