Game is full of jank and it bugs out some of your items and retries on pick up or when you load into a new level. The checkpoint system and gameplay overall is also lackluster. Story is barely captivating and the stamina system was left wanting. Another ubisoft flop as usual, nothing to see here.

i have a pretty good pc and this game still runs poorly , had trouble loading it up and then when i eventually got it running the game freezes every 3 seconds or so. It runs really badly

This is a very interesting survival game with unique mechanics, but I recommend it only if you enjoy survival games or immersive sims. The game is quite janky the climbing controls aren’t great, and the player’s movements often feel unresponsive. Graphically, it’s rather poor, but artistically, the outdoor environments have a certain visual charm.
I’m giving this game a positive review because I want to see more games experiment with new mechanics, and this is one of the few Ubisoft titles I actually liked.

I had never heard of this game until now and having played it - I really enjoyed it. The combat has a cool twist - even if you don't have any bullets, you can point your gun at people and intimidate them, although some of them will try and call your bluff. You can also intimidate them to step back near a hole or a fire and then you can push them in it. I'd like to see similar things in more games.
The climbing with decreasing stamina will be a turnoff for some people, but I didn't have any issues with it, I enjoyed those parts. I very much enjoyed the dreary world, too.
What I didn't enjoy - the save system is balls. The graphics are too overprocessed, although it does give it this bleak and unique vibe. And the ending is very abrupt and not very satisfying. But overall - I'd definitely recommend this game.
