I love this game since it all about actual communication. It makes life feel so simple because you have a community that will love to listen to you and help you through situations. I wish there were more games like this on other gaming platforms. This would be perfect on the Nintendo Switch.

I don't like sharing so much about this game allowed me to be open and had so much positive feed back....I'll admit i cried for good reasons and recommend this game for those who struggle to open up or share their worries <3

its a nice game, it does what its trying to do pretty well... i just don't think i'm really the target audience for it :') if you're not a fan of "intentionally cozy" games or getting into particularly deep topics with strangers i wouldn't recommend this. however!! i really enjoyed the chain forest! very fun just sharing your thoughts on random topics in that format. also the game itself looks and sounds very nice! and the idea of the stickers is fun too. i like stickers :)

Its very similar to the first one, I love it :) I would like if, similar to the first one, we could look through our favorites in our room or stick them in our journals to make notes. It would be cool if there was also a way to kinda "doodle" in our journals with the mouse :) The community is great and as usual I adore it.

It is exactly what it says on the tin. Anonymous strangers ask questions or for advice, offer music, book, and media suggestions, and you can chat with everyone. It has a fun and easy interface, and you can give people stickers if they gave you a good answer! I know it's confirmation bias, but it's nice to know that good and kind people are everywhere, if you can see them.

Its hard to recommend since the things I like most about KW2 is the same parts of KW1. I am not sure if this is really a sequel but more like that of an expansion providing more things to interact with if you want to. If you don't have either KW then get 2. If you have 1 and want to support the idea of 1 then buy 2. If you have 1 and don't have the money for 2 then talk with people needing help and get them involved to support the dev by buying a copy of 1 or 2.

Really helped me through a lot even even when it was back during the first Kind Words. Something about giving literally "kind words" to others, even though anonymously, gives the feeling of connection and support. And the cycle of positive give-and-take. There are a lot of good people in this world, even though we get hung up on the bad people, bad things, bad situations. So just remember, you are not alone. There are so many of us in this planet.

I really like this game. It's a very nice online space and everyone is very kind. I usually play a bit in the morning or before bed and it cheers me up. It helps to remind me that I'm not alone with whatever I'm dealing with that day. The anonymity also helps to mitigate anxiety issues. The music is nice and the art style is cute. And I like to yap so it's a place I can do that as much as I want.

I really love this game. I love almost everything about it and I look forward to watching it grow and evolve. Though I do agree with what several others are saying; you should be able to have pen pals. I have a LOT of ideas for how the game could be improved while keeping its foundation in tact. For the devs: - The "go outside" option is a great idea but most of the destinations as of right now don't really serve much of a purpose. I don't feel excited or interested in visiting them and that's a shame considering how much potential there is in the concept of leaving your little room to explore the world of Kind Words 2. - Why not add a beach destination where you can send out letters in a bottle and also find them washed up on the beach? And what if there was a drink stall where you could stand and drink your little drink while talking to someone else who's standing and drinking their little drink? - !!!! (I feel like it would be much more efficient to make conversations function the way online chatroom games like Gaia do, where chat bubbles pop up above the avatar's head. If both players aren't online at the same time then they should be pen pals). - Maybe there's a post office where you physically leave your room to mail out letters to PEN PALS. And really, why are pen pals not already a thing? Giant missed opportunity. I think a lot of the community would agree. And it would be cute to leave the room and check a mailbox for pen pal replies. - And since we're adding world exploration to the series, why not implement pets and give us a park destination for both walking the pets AND mingling with other online players? - What if some of the current game functions weren't given separate destinations? Making recommendations, giving helpful tips, why not be separate topics on a discussion board that you access through a laptop that your avatar has on their desk? You click on the laptop, they open it up, it zooms in to forum-like website. This way it's better organized, easier and faster to locate and doesn't take up any destination spots that you can use for different ideas. This is not even close to all of my ideas. But that's enough for now. My hope is that this dev team really listens to its community. A lot of these ideas would make the game a thousand times more fun and engaging, and would hold my interest for a lot longer than the game does in its current state of development.

I bought this at 2am one night when I was getting some rough thoughts and couldn't sleep, so you know, my judgement wasn't peak when I decided to buy this one. I have used it once or twice but I really can't recommend it and especially not for anything like the price they're asking. Basically you write notes saying your thoughts or life concerns, put them up, and a stranger will reply with a nice response or advice. You can do the same for others. Honestly, that's really it. There's other stuff in the game but none of it that I've seen is interesting or helpful. You can't reply to the person who responded to you, you can just send them a sticker. The letters you write, both requesting and giving help or writing thoughts, have maximum lengths and those maximum lengths are very short, so you can't say anything that's too in-depth. Because you only get one response from a person and that's the absolute maximum extent of the communication, there's no continuity. You're not building anything. So I mean, I don't see the point in more than occasionally playing with it. I think needs would be better served with something like a discord group that has very strict moderation and everyone has aliases beyond their usual discord name or something. Maybe this format is good for underage people? I don't know. Anyway, no, I can't recommend it.
