I had played the demo and it seemed okay. Since some reviews say, you get to see cool locations I wanted to give it a try. Now 2 minutes into the full game I could for the life of me not open the control room door with the crowbar which is the first thing you have to do if you have completed the demo. Eventually, the crowbar just disappeared through the floor or wall. Just so annoying after all this time for patches. So I started a new game but graphics and poor performance (40 fps on 'epic' with 3080 ti, i7 11700k, 32 GB Ram, Pico 4) just made me quit before getting back to the buggy control room door. Btw I also tried WMR but it does not even seem to be supported as the menu does not react to any button presses,

Played with Index controllers. Found the knobs and dial interactions a little difficult and you use dials frequently. Also was a bit too much lag between releasing my grip and my hands releasing the object, especially noticeable on ladders.
But the puzzles themselves were good. The story was just meh. Enjoyed walking around in the power plant though and some of the historic photos in the game and the few historic areas you get to walk around in. I'd give the game a solid 6.5/10. Took me about 5 hours to complete.

Chernobyl Again is a puzzle adventure game about time travel and the Chernobyl disaster, it's quite fun, though a little rough around the edges at times.
Without spoiling the game's story it's a linear adventure game where you take the role of a time cop essentially tasked with stopping the sabotage of the Chernobyl reactor, The who and why unknown but to be discovered.
Partly due to the time travel and doubling back on the story, it reminded me a lot of the VR game Wanderer.
The length of the game will vary based on the speed of your puzzle solving, it took me about 3 hours.
Visually the game look quite nice it uses a lot of Photogrammetry environments which while all pre-baked and can lack some interactivity look nice, though performance did leave a little something to be desired given the relatively small environments.
During my play through I did encounter some small bugs, most not major but even when game breaking restarting the level does not take long to catch up once you know what you are doing.
Voice acting and language quirks: I believe there was use of AI for characters beyond the main character. I could be wrong about this, but the inflections and grammar throughout the game seemed a little off, though this could be because the developers are polish (if the Sp. z o.o. in the devs name is correct). There were also some small language quirks, at one point the main character was reiterating to go to the autodrome which I didn't realize is apparently a word for bumper cars or dodgems
overall the game is a little rough, Some small bugs and lack of polish at times, but also a pretty looking and general fun puzzles to solve, I liked the game but at full price it's probably a little overpriced.
