Got an hour on this game and I'm already telling stories at a campfire with whiskey in one hand and a colt the other, ready to shot them bandit bastards. Couldn't have made a better wild west game!

realy liked this game enjoyed it so much that i 100% the game this game makes you feel like a real bounty hunter and the voice over like he is telling to storry just add so much to the game if you havent played it yet pls do now drop everything and go play this

this game is cool mechanics up until a certain boss which it just starts feeling like shit

Not a great game. Don't like the cartoon style, don't like the gun-play, don't like the story. I got this at a deep sale for just over 1 dollar, so no big loss. But do yourself a favor and buy the original Red Dead Redemption, that's a much better game.

Got bored and beat all 3 difficulties in one day. So in my opinion, this game was really well made and great overall. I loved the gameplay and the story. Very replayable and overall a 9/10 game

TBH, any hate to this game is capping their ass off this game is the best western shooter I've ever played. the visuals, the characters, and story are some of the coolest and funniest things ever, and the mind bending ending that will leave you like wtf I busted on my screen. please buy this game, its like crack but good for you.

Ahh what a great game. Hell of a hot summer, I just got myselft a couple of whiskies, grabbed my guns, and ran after Jesse James. What more could a man need after work?

For $1.49 (as of writing this) you get smooth and tight gunplay, a simple yet compelling story, and a boat load of content to sink you teeth into (to which I haven't done yet but will soon), all in the length of an arcade style game. Highly recommend.

Everything about this game is fun except for the duels. Whoever designed and programmed them should not be allowed to ever participate in game/software development ever again. Classich Techland L where they make a fun base and then proceed to ruin it with useless "mechanics".

I've been seeing this game pop up frequently in the achievement hunting group so I decided to give it a shot. I was able to pick it up on sale for less than $2...I would've been more than happy paying the full list price for this game. What a hidden gem. The game play is fantastic and would describe it as a Wild West Max Payne. You get to play as Silas Greaves a legendary bounty hunter, as he tells his life story of accomplishments/duels to a handful of people in a saloon(it reminded me of a campfire story), you get to sling bullets through the game’s beautiful landscapes while using the gun play/style of your choice(dual-wielding some colts, your rifle or maybe even Bob Ollinger's mean ass shotgun(loud as thunder & can cut a man clean in half)). I also always looked forward to the end-level duel with one of the Wild Wild West legends. Call of Juarez reminded me of a Supergiants Games title. The art direction and story telling of this game is what truly makes it a masterpiece. I loved how the landscape/enemies changes (if recollection is hazy) and just the style of artwork really is top notch. The collectibles are nice touch in my opinion, not too hard to find and just add some cool extra information about the Wild West legends or the battles etc. The story was fantastic and True West difficulty was a nice challenge. Speaking of challenges, the game also offers a Arcade mode and a Duel challenge, both adding a nice extra touch to the game. Who doesn't like a challenge that you can compare scores with your friends. Don't get frustrated with the duels challenge, it takes some time getting use to. I thought M+K was better than on the deck. Also, turning down dueling mouse sensitivity might help. My only complaint: Steam deck related, the cut scenes between each chapter in the story's sound was awful, it wasn't clear and had a broken static sound. I replayed the True West difficulty on my computer. Overall I'd give this game a 9/10. It's a must play for any FPS genre lover. "God made men, but Samuel Colt made them equal."
