And this is a COD about WW2?! This game is a complete garbage!!! The history on every each story have lots of lies about the real war. Guns where they shouldn't be, uniform errors, lots of hole in its story... And this is only on the CAMPAIGN!!! I don't even want to talk about the zombie part... I simply don't want to, since it broke my memories from when I played COD WAW! All the guns have being changed, from realistic WW2 guns to... some huge s***! Even the diferent operators, that were playable all, now you have to pay every each of them to play!!! Like, wth were they thinking on doing this game... but wtf are they thinking now!!! Even if I had a gun pointed on my head, I would ever play this game again!!! It's a much better game Call of Duty World at War, since al least, it's much realistic than this game!!!

I thought it was okay way back when I played it on release and I feel like it's still solid coming back to it on pc. I haven't played the campaign (yet) but I heard it's solid so it's overall a good game (on sale)

Gameplay and Story is fine. If you're an achievement hunter then this game isn't meant for you. There is an achievement that is discontinued and now impossible to unlock ("Hello There") - Join a clan

Probably the worst WWII game ever made. Story sucks weapons are either wrong in function, location/time frame or were never used/as widely used as this game would lead someone to believe. Seriously they screwed up the guns hard in this game, I never look at a CoD to be accurate in history for story but to not be accurate in guns in a shooter just says they either don't care or were so clueless that a weapons historian couldn't save it. Wish I could get my money back for this one but I can't.

I think this is a great game, good story and a lot of action, for $23.99 this weekend , you can't beat it!

Not my favorite entry in the yearly line-up, but I enjoy turning my brain off and playing the campaigns. That said, Vanguard is pretty laughable, I mean, it's Call of Duty. I have no issues with the historical inaccuracies or the sort of unlikable cast of characters, it's just a fun shooter to me with cool looking set-pieces. Cartoonishly evil nazi characters and cringe dialogue kinda hurt the experience, but I don't know what you are all expecting from a shooter that makes millions every year and sells Homelander and Snoop Dogg as playable characters in what they claim to be a military shooter. That said, I have minimal complaints about the gameplay, it's obviously going to be smooth and you pretty much know what you are getting, and hey, it definitely beats whatever slop they pushed out with the MW3 Reboot, but where the real criticism lies is within the Steam version of the game. if you are going to purchase this, DO NOT purchase the Steam version. The texture streaming setting is broken and does not connect to Blizzard servers. The game is still playable, however, the textures look worse than Call of Duty 2 and render it too distracting for me personally to play.

This game reminds me of a bad "B" war movie. The rendering is superb but the plot and story line is something out of a comic book. Buy it on sale if you will. But do not pay full price.

Aside from the bad campaign, you have to troubleshoot just to try and start it up. Not worth getting, even for free.

I honestly cannot recommend this game as it has so many issues from not wanting to start up and after going through that hell and you do manage to get it to start, you have other issues while trying to play with random crashes, freeze while move to the next stage, it’s just so. Stupid, what has happened to COD been direct and simply to load and run?? I only play these games for the campaign and not even that basic function works, All this online crap or loading the start up screen to have in your face another game….don’t waste your money, even on sale, its not worth such crap. I would blacklist most of these COD games.

Servers are dead or filled with sweaty Level 500s bot farming you. There are so many bugs, especially with sound and operators' voices. It's also really hard to see enemies in dark areas because of the coloring/lighting.
