Really enjoyed playing this. It's the gameplay of the classic arcade game Volfied in a vibrant and colorful setting with waifus of different personalities in desperate need of your help against psychopatic villains with absurd background stories. Also loved the music and the sense of humor.

Great game! Nice update from the original Mokoko. Mokoko X brings back memories of playing the original Japanese import prototype known as Gals Panic at selected arcades in the mid 1990's. Honestly no one cared back then when a swarm of teens were over the Gals Panic arcade cabinet in the imported arcade wing at the local arcade. Giving this game an adult content rating is a bit strong in my opinion even with the optional complementary adult PC edition add on. The complementary adult add on adds nice visuals that are tastefully done. Nothing out of the ordinary in my opinion. I've seen much more graphic adult instances in general anime and majority of modern ESRB "M" graded games. What is so taboo about showing a adult-cartoon body? However, violence, foul language/profanity, death, and body decapitation is perfectly normal in the majority "M" graded video games these days.
Object of the game is just like Quixx. The player carves out the underling background of a stressed silhouette with their little icon cursor while avoiding projectiles. Trapping the screen-boss at a certain percentage is the goal of the game. I may sound pretty simple but becomes more difficult with each passing level.
I do enjoy the built in game distractions in the game like the internet slow down-game pausing and the level with the advertisement pop ups. The background chat from screen bosses is nicely done too.
Hopefully with upcoming updates, they'll throw in a complementary male pack for the lady gamers out there. Got to keep gaming equal and fair for all right?
This is what everything that "Gals Panic" should of been. This is a wonderful game and should not be missed out by any vintage gamer.
Enjoy!
Enjoy again and again and again....

Have you ever had a fever dream that included the most confusing and weird Japanese TV show in it? If not, play this, it'll satisfy that strange need.
In all seriousness though, this is an extremely strange game similar to Fortix, if you've ever played on of those games. It is good, but it has the strangeness that Japanese TV is known for in it's storytelling and dialogue. The art is OK, a little uncanny valley but its good enough. The audio is OK, not good not bad. IDK that I'd pay a full $10 for this, maybe more like $5, as you can 100% complete the game twice in under 3 hours.

I enjoyed playing it very well, the drawings and gameplay are quite adequate for an arcade game. The quality of the previous games of the company is evident. I look forward to the new games.

Like Gals Panic games since arcade. Mokoko X is decent game with really nice sound and graphic (character animations are really cool idea), but i miss +/- girl/background mechanic, and gameplay is not perfect too.
Final verdict: its really OK game + cheap price .

Mokoko was a good game but MokokoX is on another level. Its so polished, runs smooth and the added content, make it a great game! Even if you never played gals panic or qix, you have to try this game. Gals panic was one of my favorite games growing up and this is the only game that I found that not only does the same thing, but improves on those old games in every aspect.

A Panic-type game, you try and clear a certain amount of the board before running out of lives. The image you are clearing consists of a young girl. If you succeed, the girl removes some of her clothes. If you finish three of these, you get a blurb from a story. Finish all eight girls to discover the whole tale. Decent enough.

If you love Qix, the original Mokoko, or...that sort of thing, with a side of cheesecake, you might like this. It does get difficult but is fair.

Mediocre art. TERRIBLE low-effort voice-acting and writing. It's ridiculous in all the wrong ways.
Gameplay-wise, it's passable. It closely follows the Qix gameplay style where the entire map is what you're capturing, instead of picking up the Gals Panic improvement of making only the girl's silhouette be the area you're trying to capture. It could be done better.
It's a 6/10. Worth it if there's a BIG discount. And even then... might be better options to be found, whether you're here for the territory capture or the oppai.

A very well constructed Qix clone featuring a story mode, arcade and free Halloween content and if you're interested in complete female nudity an adult patch is available free of charge as a Steam download though it's nothing you haven't seen in any biology class as if I needed to qualify nudity.
The story mode consists of 8 females and 24 villainous tormentors across 32 boards where you the savior employ Qix like mechanics to save the distressed damsels and become the hero of the day. Arcade mode is simply a trek through all 32 boards in sequence. Each mode has attached achievements and leader-boards.
Mokoko X features some very corny voice addicting adding to the overall presentation and comical atmosphere. I've played many Qix clones and Mokoko X ranks up with the best.
