Dude I wanted to wait off on the review till I had more time but I think I need to share my thoughts now. If you're like me, you probably heard nothing but bad things about this came since it came out. If you haven't already learned to not give a dam about other people' opinions, I shall remind you again to form your own opinion on a game before totally dismissing it. This game has by far the best opening to a game I've played, probably ever. I have been loving the experience thus far and don't see me thinking otherwise anytime soon. I graphics are stunning, I'm playing on high settings just so I can keep a steady fps but I don't think I've played a better looking/immersive game. Not to say i've played many modern high graphic games but even cyberpunk didn't make me think "wow". The combat is still developing so I can't say it's great but it's not bad so far. And the best thing so far has to be a main character. She feels like a real person. I've heard bad things about her and so far she has been nothing but great. she's realistic and funny. So too is cuff. I like how they speak to each other. I'm not saying this is a must have game but dang with only almost 2 hours in, I nearly already made my $21 on this game back in enjoyment.

In the first hour and a half of the game i have yawned so hard my jaw almost dislocated. The game has been basically a series of short forced walking scenes between cutscenes. It moves so slow. The movement is clunky, the story is sleep inducing, the entire thing feels unpolished as well. And in an attempt to be "edgy" the main character so far just comes across as complete trash. not sure i will even make it any farther into this game.

Not really what everyone says about it. If you enjoy open world power fantasy and magic its really fun. The dialogue is not as bad as I thought it would be. Also I think I like this game engine a lot more than unreal engine at least it makes the game feel unique and different where as UE5 games may look nice but they all somehow feel the same.
The game could really use certain enhancements like Gyro aim but understandable given the poor sales performance that there would not be a ton of post launch updates.
There are some things I would nitpick too much Femboss and I dont like too much racial diversity in my fantasy games because it just does not match the world. Its fine to have racial diversity based on regions but when every region feels like an identical % split between races it just feels too unrealistic and forced which always hurts immersion.

Good action adventure, especially on sale, don t let some internet idiots tell you otherwise... combat is fun, movement is especially fun and the devs did good to not restrict movement at all.. i find myself just parkouring across the landscape... maps are huge, exploration is definitely encouraged, or you miss out on a lot of stat increases, otherwise lots of filler stuff mostly, story seems a bit short, but besides that, entertaining game

The main character is a pain, but the game play is good, the landscapes are well done, the parcour thingie is great fun and most of the dialogues can be skipped. Enjoy!

First I loved how different the storyline is and the open world. The gameplay is tricky to learn and get used to but after the initial learning curve it’s a fun game to play. I finished the game in about 30 hrs for the main story and added 10 more for other points of interest/side activities after beating the main story. I hope to eventually see a sequel but I know there’s a lot of mixed reviews. But for now I will enjoy what I have here🥰

The parkour and combat looked fun enough so I figured I would try it as the dialogue and writing could not be that bad. Right?
It was. I honestly do not mean to be mean, but I cannot think of another word to describe the writing as anything other than terrible. I could get over the dialogue being cringe, but I couldn’t get over the ridiculous pacing, massive plot holes, character motivations making no sense, brainless character development, huge plot lines never resolved, and the story generally just falling completely apart in the third act to the point I was laughing out loud multiple times because of how poorly written it was.
I still maintain combat, magic, and parkour was fun enough and that kept me going throughout my 20 hours with it, but the world design was lazy, level design re-hashed, enemies unimaginative and non-sensical, and side quests were a drag.

On announcement, I was very excited about this game. Looked gorgeous, love the main character, living the Isekai why not. Purchased on release, my system could run it fine for the most part, slipped into the environment, learned the character, was absolutely down with it and then...
The story came to a screeching halt as you are put into a major city. You're given very little time or ability to engage with the world, explore who you are, as you are meant to traverse a sprawling, occupied kingdom as they lay down their Expositional Plot at you and... while that may all be well and good, felt very little for what was going on. Save the impovershed? Sure. Power of the purple, okay neat. Bracelet of power, got it...
At that point, momentum had been lost. The acting was fine, but very little at that point had me wanting to explore the world or solve any of their issues. I could not even recall the names of anyone I met. Tragic, sure, but hardly a deathknell.
Then the gates are opened, and we are allowed to explore the world. The... vast... open... brown... desert. Vibrant as it may be, it is still a rocky desert with a few smatterings of different colored rocks and maybe some foliage, with samey-looking towers and points decorated around, where from point A to point B you are given *WAY TOO MANY* side things to glance at that.... if you like reading, boy oh boy get your tome handling book out.
That being said, characters commenting on what was read helps a little to give some aspect to that but... I don't want to read a game? Visual Novels are for that, Action RPG is for Action RPG.
So will the combat save it? Kind of... The enemies are basically Magic Zombies, and they come in herds. Indicators of where damage is about to happen, fun fun, very flippy actiony flashy, to the point that combat felt weightless. And in a game in which your primary weapon is hurling stones, making Rock Attacks feel "weightless" is not a good feeling.
The damage numbers mean for little, especially when Horde of Zombies still take a few smacks from a fully loaded Charge Shot, so the attacks feel weightless *and* ineffectual.
Boss fights are a series of strafe and stay away, Dodging felt inaccurate or just plain pointless, completely unsatisfying against bosses. Small critters, the dodges and counters are kind of cool. Bosses? They care not for your agility, get smacked idiot.
Lastly, the technical issues. I gave this game a long pause, a period of time to simmer and let the updates cook it thoroughly. This helped with other games... returned over a year later, and the results? Seemingly no change, worse; when venturing into an enclosed dungeon-like corridor environment, one in which certainly must be fully loaded and in a singular environment... I found that as I ran through the hallways, the game would stop me in my tracks, bring up a loading screen, then slap me right back in with all the momentum I had drained from my movement.
For a game that is marketed as fast movement, free-running action... it sure does seem to want to stop you every chance it gets.
So I would rate this game as Trip Hazard.
