Have you ever played a game so bad that its good? This isn't quite that. It has all the vibes of a so bad its good B movie, but everything considered its actually pretty okay. It may not be as fine tuned as some of its more popular competitors, but I have laughed harder at this game, and the jank that it is, than I have with any other souls like.
Also something incredibly interesting is that your decisions do actually matter. I played this with a coop partner and we are swapping between our two stories. Our experiences could not be more different so far. One of us is a revolutionary hero, and the other is currently working with the obvious super bad guys.
Honestly, I think this game is worth it full price if you're going into it expecting a B movie experience with a sarcastic point of view character as lost by the weirdness of this game as you are. Preferably with a friend who can help spot some of the weirdness to laugh at.
Tldr
10 outta 10 - would be blindly rocketted into murder spider again
