Yes...sure, fine. I recommend this game. BUT, keep in mind it is NOT an immersive experience.
My only complaint is the time. I accept a call at 1 pm. By the time I get to the area, manage to find the fire and put it out I'm already past my shift. THEN, I'm rushing back to the station, get TWO steps away from the time clock and I get yelled at for being two hours over my shift and get sent home. Thankfully, there isn't a penalty for this (as far as I can tell).
Other things that bother me slightly:
The map is fairly small
Progression is painfully slow
When you do manage to get to the second vehicle, you have no crew.
Other support vehicles arrive but don't do anything.
Wish list:
Ability to go off duty (especially when close to or over your shift time)
Marked doors?
Fuel consumption tweak (The starting vehicle sucks gas even though in reality you really aren't driving that far)
Control hints? (I played around with the turbo jet in free play and couldn't figure out how to deploy it)
The dialog needs to be cleaned up (In the tutorial, he says your shift ends at 8 pm even though the captions say 18 PM and your shift actually ends at 6 pm)
The timing of the calls needs to be tweaked (with no ability to decline the call 10 minutes before your shift ends)
No way of declining a call (see above)
Unlock the mouse from the outside view!
Add a rear view mirror or at least side view mirrors when backing up
Overall, it's a decent time waster. No issues with game breaking bugs (no issues so far). This is a re-skin of their previous title with one new vehicle and only a few new mechanics. As I said in the beginning of my review, do not expect an immersive experience. There's no option to put on a mask even though there are oxygen tanks. Granted, most calls are outside, realistically you can still suffer from smoke inhalation. It's not a bad game but, there are other fire simulators out there that do a better job.

This game is good if you played it in 2014 and you play it now to feel nostalgia. It is not the most advanced firefighting simulator and it does not look good as some of the new games but it is still fun to play it like it is 2014 again. Also, the graphics are way better than they were 6-7 years ago, and I am looking forward to seeing what else they have in plan to do with this game.
