Very fun and witty. The visuals are AMAZING! I was basically addicted to this game as soon as I started to play it. Hope they add more to it later on.

Gori is an incredibly fun time. I've never heard of this game prior to playing it and I must say that I was blown away. The story is ludicrous, the art direction is distinct and borderline eye melting, and the game-play is surprisingly tight and responsive. The combat is varied enough for things to not get boring and the different stages all brings something new to the table, in terms of game-play and enemies. It's a fairly linear experience with a few side activities to indulge in and a simplistic, but fun progression system including attack upgrades, cosmetic items and even a profanity filter (I love this feature!). The story is definitely not bad, but the brand of humor is very Borderlands-esque. Personally, I find this very charming, but I could see it as being incredibly annoying and cringe to some. It's is very 00's edgy scene kid vibe :) The only negative I can think of is that its a very limited experience, meaning that the playtime won't extend beyond 6-10 hours in total. I also don't think it is necessary, since Gori delivers more than enough. All in all, I'm very much looking forward to a sequel and I enjoyed every minute of this adventure. I'll recommend this to anybody who's tempted.

DMC but you are a cat, and everything is gory not gori cause your name is gori and the game is just fucking fun, although I'm gonna assume it's just a short experience which is unfortunate (2hr playtime as of review) but each level is unique though.

A fun and gory platformer with a cat. If you like early 2000 platformers or platformers in general then give it a try.

Gori is an incredibly charming action hack and slash about a ♪cat on a hoverboard fighting unicorns♪. What it lacks in polish it more than makes up for in character, creativity and crude humour. I definitely recommend this earnest little game that manages to punch above its weight.

This game is a bit like an offspring of Ultrakill and Stray, all viewed through pyrovision goggles. Story is easily digestible, but still hits deep. And while this game is very gorey, I'd still say Laika: Aged Through Blood is much more violent. I mean, in that game, within the first couple minutes of gameplay, you already encounter
your nephew getting literally crucified with his own guts
. The music for this game is excelent, non-intrusive and the boss fight themes really enhance the atmosphere. The artstyle and visuals also greatly contribute to an already great experience. CH1-P really reminds me of Marvin from the Hitchhiker's Guide. Also glad all the achievements are reasonably completable, and don't require a ludicrous grind nor getting lucky. 10/10, I'll definitely buy the sequel once it arrives.

This cat absolutely shreds. Feels like if Conkers Bad Fur Day was a character action game.

Have you ever wanted to combine Stay, Tony Hawk, Little Nightmares, and Doom? Gori Cuddly Carnage did it flawlessly. No loots boxes or grinding, just high octane fucked up fun with a great story underneath. This is a top 10 game for me and highly recommend this game. Also, WE NEED A SEQUEL
