No wheel support.
Wow. You're still reading? Okay, well here's a longer review: Nightvision is definitely not ready for prime time yet, and I could only recommend it to someone if it was at a 50% discount. As mentioned above there isn't wheel support, and there isn't even mouse support to navigate menus! You have to use the arrow keys (or D pad on a controller) to move around and select things. Changing keybindings is the weirdest mechanic I've ever seen. You click the button, click replace, wait for a timer to end, click the desired button, and confirm.
But what about the actual driving? That's the whole point, anyway. Well it works, but even with a controller it feels like you're driving with WASD instead of a joystick. Very jerky turning, even after moving the steering slider all the way down. I've played NFS, Forza, Project Cars, Dirt, and even GTA5 so I'm familiar with both simulation AND arcade driving. This is easily well below all of them (in Nightvision's defense though, they never claimed to be a sim! I'm not comparing it to Forza or Project Cars). Also, the manual shifting is a complete mess. I'm redlining and shifting gears staying at the top of the tach... yet my drive is still cut short because I'm "too slow"? I'm no pro sim-racer, but I'm not sure about that one guys.
I'll revisit this game next year!

Split/Second costs just as much. Does this game looks like Split/Second? Is it just as fun(or fun at all?)
Boring gameplay, no feeling of speed, unskippable cutscenes, one texture for the whole world - $1 at most

I've been following this game since it's inception. Hoodust has been working on this for a few years. What impresses me most is that he listens to user feedback sincerely. Every idea is considered and responded to. This game is a lot of fun as a result. The weather and clouds is amazing. You'll never get bored. If you have an idea or feedback, just reach out to hoodust, you'll likely get a response in a few days at most.
What are you waiting for? Go buy this game already!

Tips for people wanting to buy this game:
- FOV Slider all the way right
- Steering slider all the way left, steering is a bit wonky even on lowest
- Car is made of carton, slam door to hard? Crash
Notes for the owner of the car:
- Fix shocks, very bumpy
- DON'T tell cops about how your tank does not go to E, might get sued
- DO tell me where you bought this fuel

This is a very immersive experience, I think the devs did a good job of making the driving intuitive (arcade-y, but intuitive nonetheless), and matching the music to the vibe of blasting down curvy roads at night. Make sure you have access to a controller for this game though, it's difficult without one.

Im not sure what to say about this...
The idea is great the execution not so much.
-The car handling: so i have driven about 400k km in my life and i do know this is a game, but this car feels more like a boat on the road. Everytime you steer the boot of the car is just swiping all over the road which would not be the problem if the car would feel powerful enough to drift. But it barely feels powerful to me.
-The highbeams: i dont get why the dev decided that the highbeam button needs to be held all the time when you want to have highbeam, i would make it switch on and off like a real car. Also the other cars are always blinking with their highbeams when you got yours on. No problem there right? Well. They are behind the ground and you can see cars behind the next corner already flash their highbeams even if they can not see you and you can not see their car. That killed the immersion for me.
-The menu: if you go to settings and close the menu again the settings menu stays open, so go back in the menu and press "done" to close this first and then go back to the game.
Generally i dont get the Menu, i would rather like concrete and specific text what the button is doing, sure you will found out that "this is just a memory" will let you retry the level after failing but i don't feel it.
As stated above the game does not take the immersion really serious anyway so why go for these text....
-The immersion: you are driving for 2-3-4miles according to the computer in the car yet you are only going 2 miles each time on the map. Maybe i got it wrong.
Also i hate the fading out of the level, you never know when it ends and when it ends it is just happening without any hint what is going on "You made it" Nice, but i was in a corner and then you see the car crashing in the back.
So all in all i do not feel this game is worth 12,24€ and without sale i would not consider it.
