What I liked:
- atmospheric setting and music
- minimalistic art style
What I disliked:
- gameplay: it's repetative and fairly easy, some new features along the way would have been nice
- it seem irrelevant which dialog option you choose, the story always continues with hardly any rewards or backlashes
- too little happens, gameplay- and story-wise (you'll get bored pretty fast)
- characters are shallow: although they can talk to each other at the campfire, you learn nothing about them

Not a good game. I enjoyed This War of Mine, Mr Prepper, Frostpunk, Endzone, but this is shallow game. Everything there happens in "text" situations are not ilustrated properly. Werry poor work this game needs so much time. Choices doesnt feel that they carry any weight. Chatting between squad members is generic and dull. There are no mechanics, just verry basic. Dont buy this. Story is not also good. Rather play Durkest Dungeon ;)

The game consists of 3d Environment 4 Characters, some additional assets and text based decisions. No combat or event animations, short, not so many people motivated to play it through more than once (if you look at reviewers time on record and in game spent).I don't regret it, and you shourldn't as well if you buy it in Discount. Feelst like one sessions of DnD with not so much focus on characters..4/10

I really wanted to like this , but it feels very shallow
I wouldn't really call this a game. It's really slow paced, empty, unpolished and the UI makes the experience even more jarring that it had to be.
Just endless walking with few decisions!!

choice matter
scripted survival game
point and click
walking simulator
story telling game
basically all action in this game about choice and consequences, no free roam like the usual survival game (like telltales The Walking Dead series)
not so much but it's a ok decent game, decent story
telltales TWD much better then this (even the mechanics is same)

Just endless walking with few decisions. Can barely be called a game. I quit out of sheer boredom.

The design is beautiful. The athmosphere reminds me of frostpunk and this war of mine.
Gameplay however is meager. You left click to slowely move forward and sometimes you find resources - so you left click to collect them. There are exactly three types - wood, medicine and food. No subcategories. Then there are encounters when you are to choose between two to four options. That's it. This isn't even worth the discounted price, I returned it after half an hour.

Is this game worth the price tag? Yes. I encourage you to try it for an hour just to see what you think. You can always get a refund if it's not your thing and you get a good idea of the gameplay itself within the first hour if not 30 minutes.
Overall my experience has been good, fun but also mixed with boring. The decisions and scenarios you come upon are interesting and make the game fun. I love the encounters so far and the diverse amount of options that are given to you. However, there is a lot of down time where you're just walking around to "progress" and find resources that are all highlighted for you which makes the game, in my opinion, less interactive and more like you're just watching a cutscene holding W...well in this case clicking cause it's a point and click. I understand why the resources are highlighted for you as the game is gray scale and it would be difficult to discern certain things but I feel it also takes away from the game. I don't feel like i'm exploring. I feel like the game is just telling me where to go.
On top of that, it feels more like a chore to stop going forward to take care of everyone rather than how it should make me feel. That being that I should care for these characters when they get hurt or they're hungry. You care for them in the moment of making a decision in the scenarios given. You get to see how your decision affects them. After that, it just feels like a waste of time as just walking (which again just feels like you're watching a cutscene) drains your energy, warmth, and nourishment. Now you have to stop, set up camp, care for everyone, etc. Sure you get to learn more about their backgrounds and who they actually are which is great, but you're mainly stopping to camp cause someone got too cold.
The TLDR
Strong points:
Good price for what you're getting
Easy to pick up and learn
The characters are all unique in how they'd approach tasks and scenarios
The Scenarios are varied and fun to think out for yourself
More laid back than other survival games (if you're looking for a more chill survival experience)
Weak points:
Walking simulator half the time
Fixed camera (which makes me feel like I can't explore. Feels restrictive)
Resources are highlighted for you making the survival/exploring aspect fairly trivial
Not challenging (for those wanting a challenging survival game such as myself)
6/10
Edit: Just beat the game with 3 hours put in and it does pick up a bit towards the end. Doesn't really make up for the weak points i've listed but definitely helped keep my interest as it got harder to manage resources. With so many endings I'll probably play more just to see how they differ. Still would give it the same rating though.

Okay so lets' get into this and not make this a super long review.
Is the game survival? Yes
Is the game difficult? Not really
Is the game complicated? not really
Is the game fun? Yes
Is the game worth its askin price? Yes
If I like survival games should I buy this? Definitely yes
If I like laid back games should I buy this? Definitely yes
Look, overall the game has great mechanics, a great overall theme and every little thing in this game helps every other little thing in this game to giving you a very specific experience. The developers were right on the money with how they wanted this to come across. You get a kind of dread serious drama feeling like in This war of mine. But the game's difficulty is more like Sheltered while the the overall mechanics are like Oregon Trail.
I think they found a great balance/mix between all these different types of survival games and combined them together to make it a fantastic journey. I highly recommend picking this game up and giving it a try. But if that's not enough for you then I encourage you (and beg you) to check out my video on Youtube which gives a more in depth analysis of the game with gameplay footage. (Link below) Thanks for reading and I hope I helped some of you out there spend your money wisely.
