1. Unique storyline The game portrays the story of a ten-year-old girl who becomes a victim of human trafficking, highlighting the fragility of a child's psyche. This provides players with a deep psychological experience and raises awareness of significant social issues. UNREAD.TODAY 2. Incorporation of Mongolian cultural elements The game integrates aspects of Mongolian culture and lifestyle, bringing a fresh perspective to the modern gaming world. Fragile Review: Great Intentions, But Like a Potato in a Microwave I really wanted to recommend Fragile. It’s got some beautiful, deep themes, and its symbolism hits hard with issues like organ harvesting and human trafficking. But after streaming it, both my viewers and I agreed that the symbolism felt like someone throwing a brick at your head. One moment you’re horrified by organ harvesting, and the next, you’re scratching your head wondering what on earth is even happening. I get that the story is about watching the main character’s mental decline, but in all honesty, it could have been done a lot better. Other games, like The Devil Came Through Here series, handle similar themes with a lot more finesse. It’s like the difference between a subtle whisper and someone screaming in your face with a megaphone. Now, let’s talk about the technical side. Fragile is about as optimized as a toaster trying to run Windows 98. When it does run, it’s like watching a man with cinder blocks tied to his feet wading through a lake of molasses. And the loading screens? They're the game’s way of saying, “Let me interrupt your experience every two minutes for a ‘memorable’ moment of loading.” You can’t get immersed in the game when you’re constantly getting kicked out for a loading screen break. Spoilers Ahead: Then there’s the final section of the game, where you’re dodging meat monsters and climbing boxes. It’s like the game decided to say, “You’ve survived everything up until now, but how about a heaping helping of frustration?” The difficulty ramps up to a level that makes you question if the game is secretly trying to punish you for playing. And those box-climbing sections? They drag on so long, you’ll start wondering if you accidentally stumbled into a puzzle game about box-moving instead of an atmospheric thriller. In the end, I can appreciate the message Fragile is trying to deliver, but it gets lost in the swamp of frustrating game play, excessive loading screens, and cut scenes that feel more like a bad breakup. It’s got potential, but right now it’s like a fantastic idea that trips over its own shoelaces. There’s a good idea here, but the execution? Not so much. So, as much as I really want to recommend it, I just can't. Save your 10 bucks—get a coffee, or better yet, treat yourself to a shiny new Fortnite skin. I’m sure the developers have potential, and I genuinely wish them luck in the future, but for now, this game is a hard pass. Consider it like that one friend who promises to bring snacks to the party but shows up empty-handed—nice thought, but no thanks.
