I wish i could say I love FMV games but in reality, I just love Da'Avekki studios games! Always done so well. Incredible art direction, casting, writing, etc. Cant wait for Doctor Dekker 2

It is a FMV game that offers a strange and quirky journey, mixing dramatic moments with bizarre and sometimes psychedelic storytelling. Each episode presents its own oddball set of challenges and tones, leading to an experience that's both puzzling and oddly entertaining.
Episode One: With a stalker making cliched, exaggerated threats like "I'M GOING TO KILL YOU," this episode sets a dramatic, albeit predictable, tone. It introduces you to the game's vibe, but it feels a little too obvious. 5/10

Episode Two: In addition to bunny-men and Edgar Allan Poe-obsessed ghost girls, this episode offers a surreal lesson on the importance of carbon monoxide alarms. It’s weird and psychedelic, but somehow still entertaining. 6.5/10

Episode Three: The game finally hits its stride. The most enjoyable part is the murder investigation, which feels genuinely compelling. The tension heightens when Poe and Munro interact with other characters. This is the pinnacle of the game. 7/10

Episode Four: This episode takes a sharp turn, feeling more like The Infectious Madness of Doctor Dekker with brief Poe and Munro segments scattered throughout. It's a little jarring, and to be honest, it made me buy The Infectious Madness of Doctor Dekker only to be disappointed. 6/10

Episode Five: The idea of a time loop is introduced, but it’s barely explored, leaving me unimpressed and with little memory of it. 3/10

Episode Six: Geocaching, a haunted library, and an attempt to salvage the romance between the leads; this episode feels like a weak point. It tries too hard to justify the romance, which makes it feel overly dramatic. 5/10
While the game has its intriguing moments, especially in the murder investigation and trippy atmosphere, the pacing and storytelling can feel uneven. If you’re a FMV fan, it’s worth checking out, but be prepared for a wild and sometimes frustrating ride.
