I am giving the game a 7/10 because of the potential. I have faith in the developers (a roadmap would be nice). BUT. It's early ealry access, expect bugs, missing assets and weird plot jumps. Buy only if you are ready for the unfinished game!

This game is very promising. Premise and story are very interesting! It's still a little wonky on the stability side, but since it's an early access we can easily forgive that for now. I'm really interested how it will progress from now on!

The game has a potential to go big. We have an interesting story in here, nice cutscenes, beautiful soundtrack and a great narrative. It has some flaws and bugs but it's still an early access so I can forgive that. I've got a feeling like I was playing some old school RPG but with better graphics. And since I've mentioned the graphic topic I must say they did a good job. I really liked the attention to detail (for example how the light was reflecting in the puddles or the details in the forrest at the first mission). I really liked that I can play with many characters at once. It gives the game some dynamics. The fighting could be a little more intuitive, I won't lie - it was a bit irritating when instead of attacking a monster I was changing a character in my party. But after all it was fun to play and I'm interested how the gameplay will look after the improvements and bug fixes.

Animations suck. Bugs suck. Missing cutscenes suck. Character Creator sucks. Random crashes suck. Overall, a good game. Really, it is. Combat tries to do something unusual with formations, the world is awesome, the graphics aren't topnotch, but for an indie studio, they made it look brilliant. I have never played such a good mixup of Egyptian and Celtic mythos. I suggest waiting for the first patch or for a full release because the current technical state is not great. What a shame the devs pushed it now because it looks and feels like that little game on your wishlist which can take turn out to be the best game of the year. Someone put a lot of heart in this, and I have to appreciate it. On the other hand, you will need a beast for stable 60 fps, and I don't feel like any kind of optimization can fix that. Buy/ Wait / Don't buy / Burn it? Wait. I won't play it again till the next patch, and you should probably do the same.

This review concerns a pre alpha version of the game. The Waylanders has some potential to be something great. Whole story, characters and strategic gameplay are really great. I came across some glitches and crashes but generally the game works very well and it's well optimised. I look forward to see what the Waylanders will have to offer in the future.

Ogółem gra bardzo fajna. Naprawdę ładny styl graficzny i wygląda pięknie. Fajne lore na podstawie mixu mitologii celtyckiej, baskijskiej. Fajna "mechanika" fabularna skakania w czasie między "starą" a "nową" epoką. ALE. Gra jest pobugowana i to bardzo (i o ile pierwszy akt idzie przejść w miarę bezproblemowo - napotkałem tylko 1 błąd który uniemożliwił mi ukończenie questa towarzysza to drugi akt to błąd na błędzie), brakujące opisy, AI praktycznie nieużywająca skilli i goniąca przeciwników po całej mapce. A na dodatek gra wygląda na porzuconą gdyż od ponad roku nie było żadnego update'a, ani nawet wzmianki że coś tam jest dłubane.
