if you completed shadow of mordor, you already know all you need to know about Celebrimbor. This DLC is filler, with no real addition to the story. What you do here is basically just defeat outpost after outpost, warchief after warchief with a few different objectives thrown in, except now you're Celebrimbor (there are not a lot of differences besides a few skills and a change in the bow). it feels like a purely recycled ubisoft formula. also, you get all skills, but no attributes. that means you're fighting with the same number of elf shot, rune slots and health from early to end-game, which makes it not only hard (not a problem), but unfair (a problem) and takes out the fun of progression. The ring is fun to use when you complete all it's missions but you're still somehow less powerful than Talion with all skills. You should only get this if you're achievement hunting and in that case, you should just buy GOTY (costs the same as this DLC and contains everything you need to get the achievements)
