Again, do not bother with DLC, just get the base game. It's just more of the same.
Shadow of Mordor - The Bright Lord DLC Review
Review is after completing only about 30% Bright Lord main campaign.
Pros:

Wield the One ring and decimate enemies! For a limited time.
Conversations with the Dark Lord. Remotely. Using magical Skype or something. I didn’t see a palantir.
All upgrades and skills unlocked, except for one skill. Much appreciated.
Much darker version of Mordor. Literally, it's very dark. Sauron’s eye seems to be focused there.

Cons:

A more combat focused DLC rather than focusing on stealth. Unfortunately stealth is this game’s true strength.
No crowd control using wraith time slow archery.
Without wraith time slow down it's difficult to target arrows for headshots as the orcs' dark textures blend with the dark background of Mordor.
The One ring is powerful but it requires branding several enemies to charge it. A charge timer would have been much better.
Stealth kills weaknesses are forcefully removed for all the captains. Combat is the ONLY way to proceed.
Open combat + combat branding over and over again. Endless branding slog.
No freedom of choice in mission approach.Brand n number of orcs in 5 minutes, brand n number of orcs to defend this position etc.
The Bright Lord is too squishy for open combat and there is no health upgrade tree.
Overcome one challenge, encounter a timed challenge. The Devs just ran out of ideas here.
Index finger still hurts holding down sneak. This is when traversing, just to avoid getting swarmed by aggressive orc mobs.
War report collectibles were not very interesting at all.
The number of times the Bright Lord stabbed his own orcs instead of enemies is innumerable.
The Dark Knight remains the Bright Lord’s biggest enemy.
One Batman to rule them All! Overall Score: 4/10

Fun to play as Celebrimbor himself. The DLC is short. Not enough collectibles. I wish the map had changed more. Can get monotonous when its all about branding warchiefs and uruks. But still added a few hours of fun. Always a good time engaging with Sauron and even fighting him.
