THREE of the LEGO games refuse to start on our childrens Haswell i5 gaming rig running Windowss 8.1 We have managed afer much effort to get five (or 6) other LEGO games working on the same rig, but this one (LEGO The Hobbit) and The LEGO Movie game and Lego Marvel Super Heroes ALL refuse to work; even after changing monitors etc etc etc etc etc etc We dont know if its because we got them in the SALE real cheap; and the distributor have ordered Steam to prevent them from working until something is settled. HAPPY EDIT Ok; after 200 hours study, the game now works. I found out the problem is that I live in a country where the TIME/DATE FORMAT is not in ALPHABET English. So, because of that the game refused to start. But LEGO only coded that freaking mess in AFTER five other LEGO games which all worked perfect here using the national Date Format of this country (which isn`t an Alphabet country). Why LEGO kept the code change a secret I will never know. I reported that it was a coding Glitch. But some creeps thought they knew better. Will thumbs up the game LATER if it actually plays well for the children after fifty hundred dissapointments with these recent 3 LEGO-games that were unplayable;- 1) LEGO- The Movie 2) LEGO- The Hobbit 3) LEGO- Marvel Super Heroes ALL with the same Glitch which the earlier five LEGO games didn`t have. Now a fix is found....

Wow, Bad , Bad , Bad , Bad Bad , Bad , Bad , Bad Bad , Bad , Bad , Bad IT ais some kind off work and not good work , 5 min into it I had to put it in the Dump!

地域と言語が日本語だと起動しなかったです。 コンパネ＞地域と言語＞形式を「英語（英国）」にすると起動します！

ポップなキャラクターたちでHOBBITの世界をうろうろ出来ます ファストトラベルみたいなものを使うと鳥瞰図で全体が見れるのですが、 中つ国を一望できてとてもわくわく出来ます LoTRのときよりも操作感がいいです ストーリーは映画をなぞっているので英語でもなんとなーくどんなことを言っているのか分かります ただ、残念なことに3部作の2作目までしか出ていないので、3作目分も出たらうれしいな
