This game is a sequel to The Division, and the setting has moved to Washington, where the focus is on the conflict between Division agents and enemy organizations operating in the shadows. I played about 900 hours on UBI Connect, but I still can't rate it better than the previous game. There were few elements carried over from the previous game, and although the game system, equipment, skills, and abilities have become more complex, I didn't really get it. There is almost no upper limit to the player level, but that doesn't mean much, and the battles are not very fun. I was often disappointed when my favorite equipment characteristics, abilities, and skills were lost in updates. I can't help but wonder why they didn't make a sequel that retained the elements of the previous game. Many players would think the same thing. In reality, most other projects related to The Division have been stalled, which is good evidence of this. In a word, it is a "bad sequel that embodies only worsening." I don't recommend it.
