The gameplay of MK1 really is great and I would definitely recommend this game... if it wasn't for the price tag... and the PC port... which is atrocious... It's really infuriating how you would ask 70€ for a game that is inferior in almost every aspect, compared to other competitors... (like SF6) other than the story mode ofc, which is pretty good actually (albeit the gameplay being good, the optimization etc. being total ass) -No Krossplay -Numerous bugs/Poor Optimalization -King of the hill private lobbies not working after the latest patch, for EFFIN 2+weeks already... (Reptile mouth go BRRRR) -slow updates/fixes (which would be okay if the problems weren't as big as I was talking about) All in all, this would be a great game, be it not for the ass optimization and the problems I have written above, and ofc I'm no developer and it must be hard to keep up with everything and the game has gotten better with time already (hopefully still will), especially if you have to weigh player feedback being proper or not etc. BUT PLEASE... don't ask for the same price for a product that is inferior in every aspect to that of their console counter-parts (no..not the switch port...) TLDR: I hope this game will get even better on the PC port with time and that the problems persisting will cease. If there'll be full crossplay between PC and consoles soon enough... then that will be one the best to things to happen to MK1 I think.
