This is probably the largest disappointment in a long time. Why was this as hyped as it was?
A hugely repetitive boring roguelike way too dependent on luck disguised as a "puzzle game".
About to refund, because nobody got time for this!

I really like the combination of puzzle and rogue-like.
Now obviously this game has lots of randomness, so if you hate not always getting the best RNG, this game is not for you. Oftentimes you will get screwed by getting a bad selection of rooms. This is not a straightforward "solve this puzzle, then solve the next puzzle" type of game, you will have to try many times to get the right combination of rooms.
For me personally it's easy to look past that. Trying to make the best out of bad situations, rethinking my strategy, and starting over and over again. It's the randomness that makes me come back run after run, as every run feels a little bit unique.

Ich dachte, nach Outer Wilds werde ich nie mehr etwas vergleichbares finden - doch Blue Prince befriedigte genau diese Lücke in meinem Herzen. Man sollte jedoch zusätzlich zum Erkundungsdrang und zur Rätselfreude auch Lust auf Ressourcenmanagement und Kachelplatzierung haben, da es sich hierbei um zentrale Spielmechaniken handelt.

annoying, with no real logic in the riddles.
i hope for something link Outerwilds and joined due to the loots of goore reviews
But i was disapointed.
in most runs you don’t have the feeling to make an progress and got stock due to the randomization. mostly running out of keys or having to much dead ends. the steps are only an issues if a pair of rooms that work to gather appear early and late.
some of the small in room riddles are nice, but get annoying as you repeat them. other are very awkward and forcing to crazy think outside the box (Spoiler: the placement of a chess figure on the board indicats a date which can be uses in safe, with no other hint that this is the hint, or connection and the color of the file indicated as to do use the date backward, but not totally only a bit, and there are a lot of chess figures in the rooms indicating a larger chess puzzle)
also in many cases there are no drivers or indicators that there is something so do in the room, other than passing thru.
after have to look uo two codes by google and the "logic" behind them i quited, as that is no logic from my point of few

Fun little game. I like the atmosphere and the puzzles. Progress does often depend on luck, but if you draft the right combination of rooms it feels very rewarding. I am not yet deep into the story, but I like the way it's presented through little bits and pieces, scattered throughout the rooms. Nice and relaxing.

Wir haben soeben den Abspann gesehen und es gibt noch so viel zu tun. Ein grandioses Rätsel- und Erkundungsspiel.
Durch die Zufallskomponente wird man gezwungen sich ständig anzupassen und regelmäßig neue Wege und Strategien zu versuchen. Das stellt zwar die Geduld auf die Probe, wenn man gerne eine bestimmte Sache verfolgen möchte, aber wir haben selbst nach Erreichen des Abspanns so viele offene Dinge noch, dass es eigentlich immer was interessantes und spannendes gibt.
Wir werden auf jeden Fall versuchen noch mehr rauszufinden und zu entdecken.
