After 700+ Hours, I had to finally write a review about this game.
And I'll start by saying this game is the best game I've ever played. No exaggeration, it's the best game I've ever played, and I fear we might not get another game like it again.
The Good.

Reactivity
I've never seen any other game that's allowing such freedom in how you want to play. If you've got an idea how to solve something, the game has something prepared for it. Do something unexpected? The game has an answer for this.
The world's scale and level of reactivity to everything the player does, I've never seen that anywhere before in any game. Nearly everything you do, no matter how small or big, the game is remembering it, and sooner or later confronting you with it. Your dialogue options have consequences. Your actions have consequences. The game is never stopping you from doing something. You want to do something stupid, go ahead and find out the meaning of consequence.
Companions
The companions are amazing. You care about their story, about how and why they act like they do. They have so many dialogue options, they react differently depending on how close you are with them, reminding me of the Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic games.
Branching Paths
Spoiler Free. The amount of branching paths, and different ways to play this game story-wise is nearly unprecedented. There are so many endings, and those endings have a ton of different variations.
Graphics and Optimization
Graphics are good, but that's not what a benchmark should be anymore for modern games. That should be a given. Let's talk about Optimization instead.
The game has a really good optimization. I wouldn't say it's the best there is, but it's going above the optimization a game should have. Running very well on my 3440x1440 Ultrawide Screen, and it also did back then on my Radeon 6650XT.
Style
Baldur's Gate 3 has a fantasy-typical color palette, and it's up to personal preference if that's good or bad. But it fits well into the game, and for that it's a good thing.
The Bad.
One thing first — even the bad things are above average for most games.
Dark Urge
Yes. Sorry to say that, but Dark Urge is badly implemented into the game. I love Dark Urge, and playing as Dark Urge. Good and Bad. Story and Arc are so good.
But my god, the game lacks reactivity to what you do as Dark Urge outside of pre-scripted events. Example:
In Bhaal's Temple, when you defy Bhaal and he's taking your blood and is effectively killing you, and you're getting revived, there is barely any reaction to it by any companion. No reaction from any romanced companion or good friend to the fact that you just died, just some near-generic dialogue about how you did well defying Bhaal.
There should be so much more reactivity to being a Dark Urge, and more acknowledgement and dialogue options. And paths to solve something.
Act 3
Act 3 is sadly pretty underwhelming compared to Acts 1 and 2. It's still great, but a ton of lost potential. You never see the Upper City where the rich people are. Any Race Specific Dialogues completely vanished, the ones that happened very often in Acts 1 and 2. Barely anyone is reacting to what you are.
Conclusion
Baldur's Gate 3 is for me a near perfect game, and the best game I've ever played. The reactivity alone puts it in a league of its own. The companions are some of the best ever written. The branching paths and endings give it a replay value that very few games can compete with. It runs well, it looks good, and the world just pulls you in. The weaker parts, Dark Urge's lack of reactivity outside of scripted moments and Act 3 feeling like a step down from what came before, are real criticisms. But even those are at worst the average of what other games offer. If you haven't played it, play it. If you're on the fence, get off it. I don't know if we'll ever get another game that does what this one does, and that thought alone says everything.
