eu4第4个资料片。内容最多的资料片，地图细化占了很大部分，毕竟几个省份没什么意思，可玩国家大幅增加。还有军事相关的改动，取消了浮动商品价格，这是很好的优化。9/10，-1分太贵。

扩展包《孙子兵法》
从名字上不难看出这个DLC的战狂属性
+可以让附庸帮你造宣称，然后以此为CB宣战
+可以在战争中转移省份控制权
+自定义附庸（大明推到小亚细亚然后设一个kebab宣慰司还不是美滋滋）
+可以按照预设模板造兵（懒人和强迫症的福音）
+真·豪华加强版三十年战争（顺便提一句这游戏从某种角度来说确实可以称其为神罗风云，可以说游戏里，至少是欧洲部分，自始至终都是绕不开神罗和与之相关的战争的）
+为模拟拿破仑时代而准备的革命机制，率先革命者会成为革命发起国，除了获得一系列BUFF外，她与其他非革命国家之间将有专属的宣战理由，以输出/剿灭革命
