!!!Game features an un-obtainable achievement (added recently) Will probably edit this with proper achievement focused review when/if this changes.

This game is an extraordinary experience, and I've likely barely scratched the surface of what it has to offer. The text written in the game is 100% pure comedy gold, through and through. The builds you can make are bizarre, fun, and interesting. I've yet to delve into the crafting system, and I've yet to actually finish the game, but I absolutely adore everything about this game so far. Also, I just kicked an entire Monster Zoo to bits and smithereens as a vampire. Worth it.

A great first "real" rougelike. Lite enough for new comers but still plenty difficult.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (8/10) If you love roguelikes with a mix of deep strategy, quirky humor, and addictive gameplay, Dungeons of Dredmor is an absolute gem! This game takes the classic dungeon-crawling experience and injects it with personality, charm, and just the right amount of chaos. 🔹 Endless Replayability – With randomized dungeons, a wide variety of skills, and tons of loot, every run feels unique. Whether you want to be a dual-wielding berserker, a sneaky rogue, or a wizard who accidentally blows himself up, the choice is yours! 🔹 Challenging but Fair – Death is permanent (unless you play with permadeath off), and the game will punish your mistakes, but it always feels rewarding to learn and adapt. 🔹 Hilarious Writing – The humor is top-notch, from bizarre item descriptions to the ever-sarcastic tutorial messages. The game doesn’t take itself too seriously, which makes it even more fun. 🔹 Deep Yet Accessible – Unlike many traditional roguelikes, Dredmor has a great UI, making it easy to pick up while still offering incredible depth for those who want to master it. 🔹 Mod Support – The community has created some amazing mods, adding even more content and customization options. If you enjoy games like NetHack, Tales of Maj’Eyal, or The Binding of Isaac, you’ll feel right at home in Dungeons of Dredmor. It’s an underrated classic that deserves a spot in every roguelike fan’s library. Highly recommended! 💀 Just remember… Don’t stare too long into the eyes of a Diggle. 🐦
