I really liked this game. It's a fun little point and click adventure set in a fairy tale world, with talking donkeys and stupid rhymes, that made me laugh out loud sometimes. If you are into the retro asthetics I recommend, that you try it out.

Okay, I loved this game. It's simple, it's not overly easy or overly hard (some puzzles had stumped me for awhile but I was able to eventually figure it out). I liked the story, it was cute (although I need more seasons please!!!) but it also was short too. My only issue with the game is that it's not finished (as of writing this review, only season 2 is out). But I did really love the ascii art and thought some of the in-game jokes were pretty cute and funny. Overall, if you enjoy short and cute games, I would definitely give this game a try.

Very cute and somewhat short(episode 1) adventure-game with very retro graphics but full mouse controls. Nice and intuitive puzzle-design. If you don't mind it being short it go for it.

A very charming adventure game that draws its biggest strengths from its artstyle and music. The Rock Paper Shotgun review for this one is pretty accurate - It does lack the creative puzzles of old-school adventures and with that the excitement of trying each item on each character or object to either get funny dialogues or interesting results. It has these things, but the adventure mechanics are implemented rather simplistic, which in its own way is also a good thing. The game doesn't require you to have a guide printed out next to you or on your phone, it is very easy to complete just on your own and doesn't need much concentration. It makes it a rather relaxing and casual experience that is definitely worth spending 3 bucks on whenever you want to have a relaxed hour with a sensible chuckle here and there. Played in offline mode, hence the time, but it doesn't matter - one episode is only roughly 30-60 minutes long anyways. I hope the story continues in interesting ways in episode 2 as the ending of ep1 was actually an interesting shake up compared to how calm it was before. What I would like: * Fast travel with a map * BG music changing once in a while in bigger areas * Combining items on my own rather than giving multiple items to an NPC

"What an adorable little game!" said my wife after we finished the first episode together. We both kept thinking how well the ASCII art was done. It's a cute and funny story that does a lot with a little, creating a world that feels big and lived-in. Also, extra points for having more than two gender options :)

It's quirky; fun; and nostalgic, and I definitely reccomend, but hold off on the bundle if you're expecting to play through episodes 1-5 right now. I didn't realize the other episodes haven't been released yet until I finished episode one. It was definintely enjoyable, but I think it'd be more satifying to binge multiple episodes at once. Episode 1 was pretty short.

For me this game is just very enjoyable. I love the simplistic ASCII-art graphics combined with the strange universe, music and characters. I recommend this game to everybody who likes point'n'click adventures and also something different from the mainstream. Also big plus for the developer who helped me when I was stuck without giving me the solution but instead gave me enough hints so I could feel the satisfaction of finally being able to solve the next part of the journey myself!
