Great characters, good story! and... [b] the worst fucking QTE mechanics you could ever experience!! [/b]. (Thank God they didn't use it in Detroit). It also has some sort of co-op mode, so as a co-op games enjoyer, I just can't give it a negative review. :)

this game bring me back to the year 2013 (the same year as gta 5 release). btw i have PS3 but couldn't buy the game bcuz too hard to find on online order and too expensive. so luckily steam got discount so i buy it and enjoy it. pretend "bro, wake up its 2013."

Beyond: Two Souls is a failure as both a story and as a game. For an interactive adventure game in which all you have to do is push buttons in the correct order, the story you are rewarded with is a mess of odd writing and poor dialogue. As someone who loved Detroit: Become Human, I can safely say Beyond: Two Souls is not worth getting, whether you're a fan of Interactive dramas or not, the story was boring. The characters were unlikeable and the QTE's are atrocious because you don't even know when the protagonist is going to move her body. Overall the game was a massive letdown for me that I just wanted it to end so that I can play something else.

After finally playing the entire game. (The ending of life with Ryan) It is a good game, although. it was not implemented perfectly. It has some flaws in the animations and camera controls. and some scenes were not necessary and slow. This game has so much potential. if Quantic Dream gave this game another chance And perfected it, it would turn out amazing. But come, the Arabic in this game is barely understandable. They should have hired people that actually spoke Arabic instead of people that didn't

It obly took 10 hours to playthrough, but it was worth it! Felt like much more. There is so much story and feelings. You need atleast 4 playthroughs to experience everything and it doesn't get repetitive, because it feels completely different to play doing all vs doing the least you can or playing mostly Aiden vs Jodie vs a mix between the two. The controls are simple, but also make sense and you stil need some experience to survive all fights unscathed. I bought this game on sale, but if you enjoy games like Detroit Become Human, this is worth the full price.

I played this game years ago in high school, and remembered most of the story so I didn't think it would hit as hard when I replayed it but holy cow this game is still as amazing as when I first played it. I am not ashamed to say I legitimately cried playing this game. The voice acting is superb and the characters are very well-written and the story is very moving. I just wish I could out Ryan for being a creep and possibly shoot him in the face, but besides that 10/10 game.

(+) Emotional and engaging story. I recommend playing on "Remixed" mode. (+) Nice soundtrack. (+) Multiple endings. (-) Controls. Compared to Heavy Rain, the controls in this game are slightly better but still bad. (-) In Heavy Rain, you can re-watch all unlocked endings separately in Chapter Select, but you can't do that in this game. The "Epilogue" only shows your last decision. On my first playthrough, I saved all the characters, and on my second playthrough, I let them die. Now, if I want to re-watch the "Good" ending where everyone survives, I have to replay from "Homeless" to "Black Sun" chapter again.
