pretty solid, typical yuzusoft format VN. the routes are a mixed bag, theres something for everyone, as long as you enjoy slice of life romance with a hint of magic. it's not flawless but it was on sale and ive gotten more than my moneys worth out of it, so it gets a thumbs up from me.

Sanoba Witch (Sabbat of the Witch) is another moege from Yuzusoft and was the first released officially in English by NekoNyan. It's a pretty straightforward supernatural-lite story that focuses on comedy and cute moments with some drama present in each route. If you've read other Yuzusoft stories then you can basically expect more of the same. This title has been reviewed to death, so I'm only going to put some quick thoughts down here. Positives: - Arguably Yuzu's best overall cast of characters with no particularly weak or out of place heroines - tied with Tenshi Souzou's cast in my opinion - Music is great as usual from Famishin - Some nice emotional moments - Pretty hot H-scenes Negatives: - Routes are a bit uneven - particularly Nene's feels like a letdown since [spoiler] it's emotional climax comes early and it is so much lengthier at over 2:30 longer than anyone else's since it largely just retreads the entire common route. This leads to it feeling like it is dragging quite a bit. [/spoiler] - The MC is about as dense as they come despite his power. He was also made to be more self-inserty than normal in my opinion, which may actually be a positive for some but is not for me. Overall I'd recommend this visual novel to any moege fan, especially to any Yuzusoft fan, as I think it holds up pretty well. Largely I think any Yuzusoft visual novel is a safe bet for moege fans as I think they're all right about the same quality, it's just if the particular characters and story setting interest you. If you like witches and somewhat more traditional magic, go for Sanoba Witch and you won't be disappointed.
