This feels like one of those games AVGN would tear apart. The controls are unresponsive, the character slides after every movement, and jumping only works half the time. The level design is a mess, with randomly placed obstacles that just frustrate rather than challenge.
The progression system is tedious, forcing you to hunt down scattered items in a way that feels more like a chore than an adventure. And the boss fights? More like HP sponges that drag on way too long.
To top it off, bugs and crashes make the experience even worse—I've had CTDs when trying to load, continue, or even start a new game.
It feels like the devs thought that "hard" automatically means "old-school fun," but classic 8-bit platformers were challenging AND enjoyable. This? Just frustrating. Even at a low price, I can't recommend it. 🚨👎
