I could never figure out whether Yume Nikki is the name of the girl or not. I googled it. Yume means dream. So by that logic, the game's title is "Nikki's dreams". Fitting title, right? WRONG! Because as I soon found out, "Nikki" means diary and "Yume" means dream. Does Nikki keep a diary? Well then, what about the title? Does it mean "Yume's Diary" (Yume is the name, Nikki is the surname i presume) or "Nikki's dreams"? I looked everywhere. Everyone told me it was "Dream Diary", but i already know Nikki has a dream diary; that's not what im interested in, I'm trying to find out what the title means here. Everyone told me to go to therapy. My therapist said it was probably "Nikki's dreams". As soon as i got that answer, i stopped going and stopped paying; I already got what I wanted. I asked YNO chat. They weren't as helpful. I asked my parents, they agreed on "Yume's diary" since japanese people tend to speak their name above their surname. I sigh. I take to reddit, discord. I get mixed answers. I ask yuga. I get no response. I tag Toby Fox, he just replies with a wink. I find and contact KIKIYAMA, all I get are screams; too freaked out I broke into your house to give me any details, huh? In frustration, I dial 911 and ask the police to find me an answer. "What's your name?", "You're insane." They tell me; but I'm not interested in myself, I'm interested in Nikki and whether her title references her name or surname. I break into the white house. "Hey mr president" I say. "Get out of here! Guards!" he answers. I sigh once more. Finally, i contact alien life. I ask them the golden grand question. They speak in their own tongue. No one seems to know what the title of Yume Nikki means. What a cruel world.

игра нормальная, но есть очень много моментов где игра попросту не дает понять, что тебе надо делать и куда идти, а нормальной википедии у данной игры нету)
добавление платформинга тоже спорное, зачем оно в игре про чиловое исследование локаций? зато после зонтика все становится хорошо, это приятно!
перенос контента из орига прошел хорошо, за это игре огромный плюс, НО все это перекрывается багами и гличами, что преследуют тебя всю игру, к примеру у меня просто не работали 2 эффекта, из-за чего я не мог продвинуться дальше по сюжету, пришлось чинить через костыли
по итогу игра нормальная, но оригинальная ники куда лучше, а еще лучше фанатское продолжение юме туки
