This series is very nostalgic for me, having played almost every single entry (except for the MO7 Fan Disk), MO8 is another welcomed addition. The one calls back to the previous games, you will see returning characters, and even OSTs; this is the ultimate fan service from the devs and a good way to end the franchise (but no, they wanted to keep milking it, and now MO9 is in the works). Memories Off always does a good job in creating the perfect atmosphere for story telling; that being said, the plot itself and pacing aren't always the best. Innocent Fille is a holistic VN in my opinion, one has to clear most of the routes, even the side stories, to truly get to know each character's background and motivation, which then will add to the experience as a whole. Overall, it's typical Memories Off, and long time fans will definitely appreciate this one. While this is nowhere near a masterpiece, players should be able enjoy what this title brings to the table.
