Out of context quotes from the Story:
A date ? Holding hands ? Or perhaps a K-I-S-S ?

It's that isn't it ? Sex appeal.
The story itself is about Girl Power or short GP.
It would be fun if male Units were not allowed to pick(the entire story contains only waifus)
The Units:
+ Miusaki (or: Miu)- using her hyper makes her invincible- beating foes on Bounty Hunt feels like:

+ Ceoreparque (or: Repa):
if you like classic music or supporting* players with Normas- she gonna be good choose.
And a successful Evasion feels like:
Right Behind You
A quasi-tomboy and a quiet lolita experience an enjoyable adventure.
A solid DLC.

Of the campaign DLCs, this was likely my favorite in terms of variance in opponents and difficulty, with more bang for your buck as the longest campaign currently out. If you don't care about that, you should still consider it for the characters, who each have very unique playstyles!
The reserved witch Ceoreparque (Repa for short, cuz spelling that out in chat every time is a positive nightmare), Bayonetta's spiritual cousin, weaponizes her enchanted hair to both punish low attackers and lock them in place during hyper, re-triggering potentially harmful panels. Despite fairly average stats, her abilities pair easily with lots of low-cost card combos, and contribute towards a strong passive game that keeps her opponents wary.
Naturally we can't forget her more energetic, toot-toting partner Miusaki, who prefers a much more up-close-and-personal approach to combat. Able to shrug off excess damage at appropriate hp, Miu at once threatens a good half of the offensive cast, and can met out damage just as well, particularly paired with her hyper that turns her invincible at whim. That is not to say her playstyle is without risk, as she has to stay healthy to remain effective, but a well-packed deck and choosing your fights wisely goes a long way, as always!

A suitable pack for everyone who loves seeing other players suffer. Oh, you spent all your stars for a silly little chase over the whole map? Fuck you, I only take 2 damage. And don't get me started on Cleopatra – similar to Iru, but there's still a glimpse of hope that you will survive the fight. Unless she rolls an evade. She always rolls an evade.

Two additional great characters, and an extra story as well. You get an additional home marker and board by beating their story on extreme mode. Miusaki is great cause you never take more than 2 damage when defending, shes good in battles. I love Ceoreparque and Miusaki's designs as well. I don't think I have ever played as Ceoreparque despite getting this DLC on it's release, but she's cute.
I didin't go into as much detail as I feel you can figure that stuff out yourself, all you need to know is this DLC is well worth it if you want some cool new characters and more story mode.

Both the characters are pretty fun, actually. They're really great in battles, but from what I've played so far I'd say Miusaki is the heaviest hitter. Repa has some nice tactical options.

You get a silly low-energy campaign teasing a vaporware game and a bunch of tepid characters therefrom. Both have unique strengths and can be extraordinarily abusive in the right situations, but neither are really important to have. Get it for completion's sake, and for Repa's wacky voice.

Ceoreparque best girl.
Seriously though, good DLC. Simpler characters than some previous DLC, but fun. Also really cute.

So far my favorite DLC character pack.
2 cute girls, new adorable music themes, 10 new campaign episodes (albeit cringy as hell), and both girls have fun, unique play styles.
With Repa, her +1 evade helps her with her passive skill, and is great for finishing off enemies that are left on low health. Her hyper, although weak, can help so much with winning the game. You can use the hyper on yourself to re-trigger the panel you're on so you can reach your normas, or trap yourself on a boss panel when he's on 1 health. Only con with her is that her health is not that great, so evading can sometimes backfire, and enemies with high attack are gonna kill you no matter what you do. But hey, she's adorable and definitely playable.
Miusaki is by far the most OP character I've played on 100 OJ yet. Although she has a terrible stat of -2 defense, her passive allows her to take only 2 damage when defending, which gives her survivability and is a great counter when it comes to bullies with high attack. She has +1 attack and evade, so she can be slightly aggressive with attacking, and her +1 evade adds to her survivability when she's in situations where her passive won't keep her alive. Her hyper isn't very special, but, if used right, can be terrible for any character, or even boss. If you use her hyper and Final Battle, she could kill a full-health boss and not have a scratch on her. With her stats, her hyper, and her passive, I've pretty much had to "ban" myself from using her when playing with friends, because she kinda ruins it for them.

At last, we finally have 100%OJ x Neptunia crossover in this DLC. Plutia is a very good character, and the unrelated girl is also fun. No Iris Heart, but you can't have everything.

Here we go...
Characters:
Ceoreparque - She has +0 to all stats but evade, of which she has +1. Ceoreparque's special ability is that every time she successfully evades, she'll deal one damage to her opponent. Her hyper will skip the target's next move action and have it's movement till count (IE if you use it on someone whos on a boss panel, on thier next turn they'll fight the boss); ontop of that the hyper can also be used on yourself! So say that you just leveled up last turn and you already have the stars to level up again, you can use her hyper to immediatly pass level up again. (She may be a tad overpowered...)
Miusaki - Her special ability is that when defending she can never take more then two damage. Miusaki's stats are +1 to attack and evade and -2 to defend. Her hyper is probably very overpowered, as it literally makes her invulnerable, combine that with a Final Battle and you'll be literally unstopable.
Campagin:
Unless you've played the game the two witches are from (Alicianrone), you're not going to understand alot of the dialog in the campagin. Now this is the worst campagin I've played in 100% Orange Juice, the only two characters that talk in it are Ceoreparque and Miusaki (you'd think Tomomo would get at least one line in it) across ten levels! (Spoliers for the last two levels ahead); In my opinon, the last two levels should have been reversed. In level nine you fight Tomomo and Kiriko and in level ten you fight Sora (Military) and Sham, it just seems to me like Tomomo should have been in the final level like with every other campagin. (Spoliers ended)
The store page says "An all-new campaign featuring the new characters and expanding the lore of the game!", well unless the lore of the game is that it was all one big board game all along, it doesn't do that at all. I mean the creator of the world (Tomomo) doesn't even get any lines in it!
Overall:
Although it's campagin is a bit lacking, the two characters are more then a good enough reason to purchase the DLC.
