Can definitely recommend this expansion. The fallen spire campaign is very interesting (even story-wise) and fun to play through and got a lot of strategical and tactical depth. Also adds a few other minor factions and quite a lot of ships and the AI gets an array of new weapons. The Soundtrack additions are really nice to hear, relaxing and also engaging at the same time. If you like AI War but do not have this: pick it up, its definitely worth it!

At the time of writing this review, I've played AI War for 384 hours. I've still not tried the standout feature of this expansion; the Fallen Spire campaign. Does that bother me? Not at all. There's so much else to see and do, why would I worry about it? Maybe sometime in the next 384 hours I'll finally get around to trying it out. Buy it for the Fallen Spire campaign. Play it days on end for everything else.
