I really wanted to like this game at the start, but it is just awful.
Unlike other soulslikes, it is basically a boss rush, which imo is good idea - instead of focusing budget on big map, exploration, etc, you can fully focus on creating good bosses. The one issue is that every boss in this game except the Tower Knight 2.0, and maybe the girl with a bow is absolutely abysmal dogwater. Really this game takes great ideas, but fails to do all of them correctly. Boss rush? Yeah let's put only spammy mage fights and call it a day. Sacrificing your stats? Great idea imo, but for that to work you must have fair bosses, not a gank fight with two tanky mages. Even the story is somewhat decent but it doesn't matter when compared to shitty gameplay
I will probably finish this game just so I don't feel like a pussy, and because I want to complete every single soulslike, but if you have at least a bit of self respect, don't buy this unless you liked fights like Bed of Chaos, and even then only in a deep discount. I usually am not that tough on games, especially indie games, but this one is just a different breed of bad game design
Edit after completing the game:
Yeah it's still shit imo, but at least the final boss was somewhat decent (despite still being full of bullshit things like parrying your attack while facing opposite direction of you, or punishing you for parrying him). What makes me really sad is that each of the bosses had a potential of being great but had one thing ruining them (except Faiz Tilus, I genuinely can't think of a way how to fix him)
Just in case the devs look at this imma list it, but this is basically pointless to read if you're here for a review:
Angronn - Not too much to fix about him, and while he isn't particularly great, he is at least a good example of his gimmick
Chanel - This boss was somewhat decent too, but she suffers from the camera angle, and her arrows rollcatched me often due to not being able to see how far they are (though that can be easily solved by rolling to side)
Rhodes - The only boss I actually enjoyed, props for doing a better version of tower knight. But he would be even better without minions
Faiz Tilus - It is a bad boss at its core, but it could be at least a wee bit better if you removed him poisoning you when you hit him
Camber Luce - Good moveset, but the grab does insane damage, and he can sometimes spawn the holes directly under you without any warning
Levin Undok - The second phase is absolutely abysmal dogshit because they are both fully aggroed on a player, and because they both spam projectiles, some of which are either poorly telegraphed or are homing, it is just infuriating to play against
Yordo - If I remember correctly he is supposed to be the avatar of Sloth, not Cowardice. So why the hell is he always either running away or hiding behind a shield. If he was more aggressive, and the other skeletons were incorporated as attacks, not as separate entities, it would be much more fun, and unique
And lastly, Adam - being able to parry you while facing away from you, with no downtime, and almost one-shotting you is literally the one thing that ruined him for me. He literally punishes you for punishing him, and it doesn't help him being 'good' or 'original'. It just turns a good boss into absolute dogwater
If I ever hear that even some of the bosses were fixed, I am willing to give this game a shot once more, and even change this review to positive, because as I said, I really want to like the game. It's just not possible for me in this state

Pretty good and quite challenging little boss rush game, but the last boss can sometimes parry player when atacked from behind, also both player and the boss can avoid being riposted after parry.
