SaGa SCARLET GRACE: AMBITIONS™ Reviews

I had always sat on this game because I heard a lot about how bland and mid it was. I'm a diehard saga fan but I never really pushed myself to play it properly until just recently. I absolutely loved Emerald Beyond. So when I started this game I realized this is literally a prototype of Emerald Beyond with a much bigger story. This game is much longer on story with all sorts of different things to do and a pretty clear emphasis on grinding. The combat is a "lite" version of Emerald Beyond's combat. It's clear they intended for the combat to be the main feature of this game as well but Emerald Beyond is this game's combat polished to perfection. I think this game works as a good introduction to Emerald Beyond. It's a bit more involved so if you got the time to spend it's worth picking up. The beauty of Emerald Beyond is how short and neatly packaged it is. Heavy combat, Quick Story. You do a new game+ with improved gear and stats and as a result you get more of the story and more of the crazier combat with each new iteration.
