Tough Story: Big Hell Reviews

this is a tough game but it is tos of fun

I had a pretty good time with Tough Story: Big Hell! (Part1) I love difficult but fair games and this is surely one of those. Pros: - Solid gameplay. Firing your weapons feels good, killing the bastards that killed your family, even better! - Good narrative. You want the hero to succeed. - Good sound track and sfx - Nice character, Hud and enemies art. Cons: - Stage borders and objects need improvement. (Dev said it is already working on improvements) - Stage limits not clear at certain points. I have to say I am eager to play the rest of the game! Good job!

Game is fun, Time killer, There is only one Chapter you can play and soon to be 4 Chapters from the looks of it. I finished the first Chapter in about 8 to 9 min. So its short. Its like an 8 bit over the top Spaghetti wester. You start with a shot gun and a pistol and later can get Dynomite. it may be short but still fun. Looking forward to the next Chapters. This game is very Hotline Miami esc and I think that it is amazing. I have went through the one level as quickly as possible and the shortest time I could do it was 9 minutes as apposed to when I first played being half an hour. Keep up the good work.

I understand why it's called "Tough Story: Big Hell". I'm going to recommend this based on the fact that it is a challenging game, you need to be careful with every move, Because you easily die and it gets frustrating, But what would be the fun of it if it was an easy game? There's no Steam Achievements, But if you can pass this game, Rest assured, That's an achievement on its own. I recorded a little gameplay video so you can see pretty much what the game is all about, I only made it to part 2 of Chapter 1 before I ended the recording, This is because already the game was super tough and my frustration kicked in. Hopefully you have more patience and more skill to survive, I really like where this game is heading though! I was really confused though, I couldn't figure out how to use the dynamite, But I loved the exploding barrels and blowing up the house! (I should've played the tutorial). One thing I didn't realize is, As it says in the description, If you get shot in the arm, You lose your weapon (Luckily you have the revolver AND the shotgun), I didn't notice this and was wondering why I couldn't shit, But that being said, You must be extra careful not to get shot at ALL! All in all, I'm going to recommend this because it runs smooth, It actually means something to pass it (Means you're skilled and have patience) and I overall enjoyed playing it. It only has one very short chapter where, it suppose to have four. No controller support. Mediocre art style. Ugly clone of Hotline Maiami X 12 is Better than 6. It's playable and controls feel alright. Can't recommend in current state.

Fun game in the vain of Hotline Miami but still only one chapter after all these years my guess is the development team quit working on this game.
