Garrrrrgh!!!
Angry refund.
1) Game had me stuck at a puzzle for an hour. Quit to find the devs made the puzzle impossible!!!!
2) Re-entered the game to find all of my progress had been lost.
3) Finally got to where I was. Put some important papers on an object. Solved the object to find that a thing came out the top of it and clipped through my papers. Now they're missing. Have to restart AGAIN!!!!
This game is not about fun, it is about agro. Avoid.

This game is good because you really are in an escape game. It is really well made.
BUT this is an unfinished game where the story won't be completed. And that's really a shame.
The price is way too high for the time i spend in it.
It could have been a great game but ended as a disappointment

Well it's pretty tough to explain the game.... well it makes you think and think pretty hard or at least makes me think hard and i think im a pretty smart guy but i still find it difficult but not enough to make me mad and not want to play anymore. The game deff looks good and no problems so far some stuff is hard to pick up but all and all no complaints from me on this one. Two hours went by pretty damn fast but i enjoyed it !!!

I haven't completed it yet, but I'm loving it. I'm a fan of escape room type VR games and have played most of them - this is definitely one of the better ones. Excellent use of room-scale, really clever puzzles, multiple rooms, intriguing story without it being in your face, and great graphics. Great value too!

In Nanoshift you’re tasked with exploring a scientists home in search for information on how to stop a virus. It’s a puzzle room mystery game, but there are several rooms to unlock and explore.
I was impressed with the overall design of the game. It’s an environment that I enjoy spending lots of time in. The home your exploring feels like a historic victorian home, but it’s riddled with advanced futuristic technology.
The thing I liked most about the game was the frequent use of Puzzle Boxes. I found those really fun. If you’ve ever played The Room game on iOS then you’ll feel right at home here. The puzzle boxes are a satisfying experience that feel truly physical and tactile. More content is planned for this game and I hope there will be more puzzle boxes in the future.
The gameplay is quite customizable. You can choose to use the grip buttons or trigger for grabbing objects, and you can choose teleportation movement if your room scale isn’t big enough. Among other options.
I got about 2 hours of gameplay out of this. And this is one of those games that I’ll be replaying down the road after I’ve forgotten it. I feel that I’ve gotten my moneys worth. For puzzle fans, I recommend it.

Even in early access this is an enjoyable puzzle/discovery game.
The environments are well put together, the puzzles and exploration are fun, I quite like the backpack mechanic.
I also appreciate that there is little hand-holding and the player has to work things out for themselves.
The developer is really responsive and that makes a big difference!
Looking forward to seeing how this pans out into full release.

I'm a bit torn about this game: On one hand, it's one of the best VR escape room experiences I had with regards to the interaction with the environment. Graphics are also nice, maybe with the exception of quite hard shadows which make some objects unnecessarily hard to see and find. But it certainly has potential and what it does, it does well.
On the other hand, it's currently just that: A short escape room game. Introducing the story around it without the game having much to do with it after all can be quite disappointing. Personally, I expected more on the story side especially after the extensive introduction of the nano virus incident just to find at the end that this was really unnecessary for the game in its current state.
In addition – and this is the real problem I have – is that I was not aware the this is an unfinished early access game when I bought it. This fact is well hidden in the last paragraph of the description. Other early access games (see e.g. "BeamNG.drive" or "7 Day to Die") are clearly labeled as such using steam store features. I think you should make clear that this is an unfinished game which only scratches the surface of what it promises or you might risk getting unnecessary negative reviews.
Nevertheless, I'm looking forward to see more — however I will wait until the game is finished before I play it again.

While the game is fun, there is simply not enough of it. Only took me 49 minutes, and 10 of that was spent looking for an Item that was hidden in the shadow of another innocuous item.
The good:
Great graphics for VR.
Plenty of interactive items.
Nice sound design with an interesting way to do ambient music.
The bad:
Far too short for the price with a cliffhanger ending that doesn't explain anything and a promise of future "Episodes".
Overall, I would say wait for it to go on sale at about 6-7 dollars. Or the price just drops
