For the price given, i would definitely call this a buy. The game is sorta like those Adult Swim surgery games they made back in the day. So if you liked those, you'll like this. It should be noted that the story/game is short but that doesn't mean there isn't much fun to be had. Indeed there are some very exciting moments where you are racing against the clock. There is a fundamental issue with the game however. This issue has to due with the time and stars system. You see the game awards you stars for how fast you can perform the mission (with three stars meaning you did everything fast enough). However, especially in the late stages of the game, you cannot complete missions unless you do everything super fast because of the patients heartbeat level. In other words, there is no point in having the star system if the patient you're operating on will die before you can even get to the "two stars" point. All things considered though, that's a very minor problem. And ironically, the problem sorta made the game more exciting, as I had to operate super fast in certain occasions. Sometimes completing the mission just as the patient was about to die. Very exciting. One minor problem I had was with the candle stick. Way more difficult to use than it should've been. In the future just make the wax droplets fall where my cursor is, rather than above it. I found myself going over the wounds multiple times because of this. I could see myself replaying this in the future. Awaiting the sequel!

This is a fun and not too challenging game. Aside from finishing the achievements, there isn't much replay value. But for this price, it's worth getting for a couple of hours of gameplay.

A unique take on, albeit not a great substitute for something like Trauma Center. That being said it's the closest thing to it I've been able to find. Despite the whacky appearance, the difficulty spikes pretty significantly in the latter part of the game. Considering the price though, if you're after a mission-based surgery sim (ish) game focusing on quick and precise tool use, it's worth a go.

Overall a really quirky cartoonish-surgeon simulator game. Instead of pizza cutters, syringes, and hands. You get a box cutter, ketchup bottle, and a sausage. Funny tense gameplay I would say where you really have to bite the bullet to pass some stages and get 3 stars. I actually got every star myself! It sort of reminds me of early flash games, but done in a correct way. I can recommend this game for $2 to anybody wanting to pass an hour on something new

Remember back in the day when [adult swim] came out with Amateur Surgeon? Well this is very similar to that game, having gameplay near to or maybe the same as it. If you're like me and loved Amateur Surgeon back in the day, well you'll like this as it's pretty much the same.

Its a fun game but its not that easy to master. And after you think you've mastered it, welp, 2/3 stars patient, so no endgame patient to treat. What am I talking about? Buy the game and see for yourself! Its cheap so you don't have to.

Super fun little game if you don't mind medical horror comedy games. It is disgusting on purpose and a definite roast of the cliched Rugby playing types. The only complaint is-it is too short.I beat the entire game with 3 stars on all levels in 101 minutes start to finish so if you are looking for a large game, this is not it. For the price with a coupon, its okay but it definitely could do with a much longer sequel (take am at the cliched USA football players and you would never run out of material).

Ridiculous & amusing point n click - fun little game with slapstick humor - like one of those medic sim games you might have played on your mobile phone. Ketchup to revive heartbeat? toothpick to pick maggots? slap sausage on wounds to heal it? Mustard sauce on warts to heal it? Not that long - but hey, it's a cheap fun that comes with crazy satire. A decent game where you have to perform surgery on your patients with weird injuries and you fix them in silly ways.. There is 9 levels in total to play. The game works ok on Linux with Proton (9.0-1), however it does start lagging after about half an hour. Simple restart fixes the issue and with the game being about an hour long to complete is not too big of a problem.

The Game = Hotdog guy gets promoted to sports surgeon, uses a variety of items 'handy' to him to get the jobs done (ie toothpick and ketchup) Very goofy, good for a de-stress and giggle. Fun game. Quite Short, with funny, quirky and competitive acheivements.
