Its a rail shooter.
Kind of fun when you realize your supposed hit a girls weak spot to get an ecstasy shot. If you manage to get a lot of those you'll get big points at the end of the level. You'll know when you've found a girls weak spot when you target a body part and hiragana or whatever letters pop up.
Then the game gets old real quick after all that. eh.
