I haven't gotten around to completing this game yet, but from what I've played, it seems pretty fun. It takes a lot of cues from its predecessor, Hyperdimension Neptunia U: Action Unleashed, though it leaves out the whole clothes-ripping aspect. That said, if you've played Hyperdimension Neptunia U, this game won't feel boring. It introduces its own original features that weren’t present in the previous title, which, in my opinion, makes it even better.

pretty good game, doesnt take too much dialogue to play but still fun regardless. Neptune seems to be strongest character with/without upgrades while other characters seem to be vulnerable with enemies attacks without proper upgrades and items.
