Hero -Guise is deadpool. Do you really need any more information than that? He specialized in copying what other heroes can do, which can lead to some crazy shenanigans. My advice, try him with Fixer, or Argent Adept. Villain -Wager Master breaks all the rules. The rules about beating up the villain, the rules about turn order (In 2 different ways), the rules about winning without fighting him, so many things can be done. He is an entertaining gimmick. Environment -Omnitron 4 is up there with Rook city as one of the least hero friendly environments out there. It destroys equipment sometimes, but mostly it has an army of defences that can deal tons of damage to the heroes, and most of them have a lot of health so they can't be easily controled while still balencing a fight with a villain.

As Guise says, Guise is amazing. He is amazing in the tabletop game for reasons that would normally be hard to put into a video game, but Handlebra and GTG have worked wonderfully to make Guise incredibly Guiseful. Possibly MORE Guiseful than he is in the tabletop. But I must admit, I really, really like Omnitron IV. (Sorry, Guise, I know you're listening, you're still the best in the expansion.) The reason's quite simple: if you have Shattered Timelines, giving you Omnitron X in the hero deck, you can set up a game in which a hero team led by Omnitron fights Omnitron inside Omnitron. This, I can only assume, breaks the timeline beyond repair. It is wonderful. And Wager Master is there too! ...I honestly don't think I've ever played against Wager Master, in tabletop or game. But he's a cool addition (he's the Mr. Mxyzptlk-alike), I like his art, and he was very important for the ARG. So it's a good thing to have him, too. Honestly I'd just get the Season Pass - everything's good - but if you're only getting mini packs, rank this one highly.
