It needs to be resized. Don't get me wrong, I love these- they are practically 4x smaller than they need to be.

Was on my wish list for awhile and I was lucky enough to buy all the P!HC packs on sale. Vexed Enigma did a great job, I was not disappointed. If you like the sample images, you'll like the pack. Tweaking images is easy as the art style is fairly simple, though the entire set is vibrant and diverse enough to stand on it's own.

Great assets for my game! The complaints make some sense, but then I like buying from steam and I got all of the packs on Steam for pretty cheap during last Halloween on sale. It's a lot cheaper than the authors site if you wait for a Steam sale!

I got this in the city-bundle. Which is a awesome looking, and quite complete set of tilesets.
However... The set is far from perfect. I like it a lot, and I am wroking with it for a while now, but in the mean while I have found many, many tiny mistakes in the tileset. If you're handy with something like gimp, it's all easy to fix.
Oh, and it doesn't come with battlers, which I think is a very frustrating for a horror set. (This is why I don't use the characters that come with the set... yet.)

wish i would have gone and bought it from creator site instead od here. They trick you into thinking its cheaper but then don't include all the stuff that comes in the bundle on the creators site. There the city tileset and the 2 character are included together. now would have to pay 14 bucks for something I would have got for free if i buy them here. by the way they are cheaper on the other page too. jerks.

Wonderful Pack, good for making Apocalyptic-Theme Based Games
!CAUTION!
This is a DLC, and you need to Drag and Drop it in your Project :
+ CAN BE FOUND:
= Steam > steamapps > common > RPG MAKER MV > dlc > ( POP! Horror City )
Look in the Folder, and Choose what you can need of it,
Informations :
In the Tileset you have a ( Outside ) and ( Inside ) Tileset
if you see a Name of a Tile doubled, watch the Tiles or Title, to Check
its for Outside or Inside.
Characters :
You can the Characters aswell. To change them you can eather add the Character
in your Project, or Delete the old ones, and add the new Horror City Character Sheets.
Don't forget, that in the * characters * Folder are 3 more Folder ( if you can need these )
-> POP! Horror City > *characters* ( and Transfer the Images to your Project > *characters* Folder
Chatwindow:
You also get some Avatar Pictures for your Chatwindow, and in the
* System Folder* the Chatwindow Sheet you can Replace yours if you want.
My Words :
All in All you get what you see in the Product Pictures, you just need to
Replace some thingis, to get it in your Project, but in my Oppinion its
a good Chance to get a feeling, how you change things later, if you wanna
make a Own new Game.

Here is an example of this tileset in use if the screen shots aren't enough - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DFvJ0PswmOg
This tileset is pretty freakin' good. The style doesn't match any of the default graphics, but don't let that stop you from picking it up. You're a game creator, if you need graphics that match these tiles, just make them!
Bonus points for having a fairly unique setting in regards to RPG Maker. Everything is fantasy around here, which makes sense, but it is nice to have a change of pace from time to time.

Bought the set of this, but I was really disappointed. For how much it cost, it really should have just come in a all in one pack, they split it just to nickel and dime you for the assets.

Great set. Looks like a resize and retexture of the VX Ace version, but I dont own both to confirm.
Annoying I felt I had to move a few items in the tilesets up or down so many pixels just so the allignment looked right. For example Tile D Internal had a cubboard with doors which is shorter than other cubboards on the same tile but are all the same depth; creator alligned them by top pixels which then means the shorter cubboard looks set into the wall rather than looking shorter. Also moved some of the beds and sofas so that collision alignment with the players made more sense visually. However this might just by personal taste. Otherwise great set.
DLC also includes character and face bases with a guide on how to resize them to VX ACE and MV using GIMP or Photoshop. This DLC, like the two POP horror character sets, does not include battlers which limits you on usability.

A great asset, while the developer is adding content from time to time.
