I was so close to giving this a positive review as the game, although abit on the dull side, its over 15 years old and looks and plays so well, that is of course until you experience the bugs. There is just to many to make the game enjoyable anymore and it starts to get frustrating. Especially when you keep walking into invisible walls and cant jump over fences that are ankle high.

Quite enjoyed it and understandable for the occasional bugs which sometimes i need to restart checkpoints or the campaign but it was seldom. Playing this before the 2nd and 3rd series. All of them grabbed during discounts so wont complain! *Sniper shot

“Sniper: Ghost Warrior” feels like one of those generic FPS games you'd see playing on a TV in the background of a crime show. It's got all the markings of a budget Call of Duty clone—like someone said, “We have Call of Duty 4 at home” and really meant it. The AI is braindead, often standing around like mannequins waiting for you to pull the trigger. Yet, surprisingly, shooting them still feels oddly satisfying. Gameplay-wise, it leans more toward Far Cry 1 than the precision and stealth of All Ghillied Up. Visually, the game is… ugly. But to its credit, the environments can occasionally look decent—when the lighting hits just right or you're squinting from across the map. At $7.99, it's not the worst deal if you're craving something janky and amusing. Still, you’re better off waiting for a sale to maximize the "so bad it’s good" value.

This game starts off pretty cool, kinda janky, but still pretty cool, the first level is what you'd expect a sniping mission to take out some general or something. Even tho the game is super jank, it was still pretty neat crawling and sniping in the first level. Then you get to the second level.. And it turns into a bad Call of Duty clone with terrible mechanics. If they had kept up the Sniping theme that was the first level, I probably would of kept playing it, but I have no desire to get through a section with terrible call of duty clone mechanics to see if the game MIGHT get better.
I wanted this to be a sniping game, not a call of duty clone, with mechanics as youd expect from a low budget call of duty clone type of game.
Feels they literally just used the title of this game to sell copies.

If you're looking for a realistic sniper experience, this game delivers — in the sense that you'll spend 90% of the time crawling in bushes and the other 10% yelling at your screen because the enemy AI just went full psychic ninja. 10/10 would uninstall again.

One of the worst games I have ever played. Enemies have insane aimbot, recoil on automatic guns is equally insane. Sniping and environment is pretty decent for a game this old. I literally had to use godmode in cheat engine to get through one level, as sneaking had no effect and I got instantly killed the moment I moved every single time.

Oh boy, I didn't remember how bad this game was and how crappy it looks, even for a low-budget 7th gen game. Seriously, there's a load of weird visual glitches, technical problems, and annoying design choices at every step.
The only redeeming aspect I can think of is the bullet cam, and even that one gets old quite fast since it's almost the same animations every time.
Sure, there might be one or two levels worth the hassle. Everything else, though? Unremarkable, subpar, even bordering on lazy design and just plain bad quality.
I wouldn't bother unless really craving a stealth sniper game, and even then, there are way better options to choose from out there before settling with this one...
Not recommended.
