Risk vs reward personifies the game, and this dlc is no exception, the mighty ship you unlock with this can be game ending, but it does shoot up the AI progress by a massive amount, so you'd best be prepared to defend otherwise you'll just end up dying before you even get to use it. Of course even without it there's plenty of fun, combine the new neinzul combat carrier with the neinzul enclaves from the other dlc and you can releasing an army of drones which is a lot of fun. As for nomad planets, well the nomad planets giveth, the nomad planets taketh, as good and amazing as it can be game ending, better be prepared on all your worlds or you might suddenly find an ai attacking your homeworld directly and ending your run.
