A very good blend of cosy and rogue-like genre. It is an early access so the typical EA issues like bugs and small amount of content (for some people) are to be expected. Devs seem to be listening to the community while developing which is a big plus imo. Would recommend if you liked games like Cult of the Lamb, but you want it to be more wholesome.

I never write reviews. This game deserves a review. From the UX, the keybindings, sound effects, music, character creator, clever writing, intro cinematic, gameplay mechanics, tutorial videos—these developers did not miss a beat. I honestly could go on and on about the unexpected polish I found in this [i]early access indie game[i]. In a world of already established IPs it's really difficult to "do your own thing" without looking like a copy-cat and I think they're doing an excellent job. I found I was not forcing myself to play the game and genuinely wanted to continue, which is very rare for me these days. It is easily worth the $25 they're asking for, based on the amount of polish I've seen so far. I look forward to see what the developer does with the game as they've clearly put their heart and soul into this little gem.

Fun game in Monster Hunter World type format. Lots of abilities to customize character. Lots of things to collect. The returns to gaming roots by unlocking things through actually playing rather than a cash store. I hope the developers have a long term development plan for the game. The core is solid. I'm hoping for continuous patch updates and expansion packs to purchase into the future.

I'm pretty floored by this. I'm generally a rougelike/lite hater, but the rougelike elements are such a minority to the overall features of this game. Fun characters, gorgeous city building, fun resource gathering, fishing and bitibot hunting. The combat is above average with some massive difficulty spikes and I'm not sure if I'm supposed to be repeat farming other missions, and the multiplayer aspect can undercut a lot of the early tutorialization, but overall this is a pretty incredible little nugget, I'm most impressed by the weapon designs and player customization. I will say that I'm playing this exclusively co-op with a friend, and I can see where a lot of the negatives are coming from. The combat dungeons are a slog solo. It would be awesome the be able to bring along an AI buddy bot if alone to help draw aggro and do some passive damage. EDIT: Since its obvious (and awesome) that the devs are reading reviews for feedback I wanted to pass along my two biggest frustrations with the game. 1) the menu navigation sucks on controller. Using the directional input to move between menu different layers AND having LT/RT makes for some confusing moments where I think my selection is in one place but it isn't, and it's difficult to know what direction you need to press in order to move in and out of sub menus. I'd much rather select/back out with A and B with good menu selection looping than be able to directional input my way into any sub menu. 2) auto aim on controller is way more frustrating than it is helpful. I wish I could turn it off so my leap slams don't spin midair and miss the group I was targeting or my thrown weapon targeting an enemy in the opposite direction I was giving directional input towards because the game thought it knew better than I did. Let me turn that off please!

Was fun at first, thoroughly enjoyed the demo and the first 20ish hours of the 'full game' but as a Solo player who's reached what I assume is the boss of the first act I've hit a wall and the grind to 'get better' is ridiculously steep. Earning 10-15 'points' per mission attempt towards a 4000 pt goal is asinine. And the mission is marked 3/5 difficulty... oh and of course they felt the need to include some little quip about how the mission didn't go as expected each time you fail... if I was the MC I'd just let all the damn little bots get taken apart while I just stuff my face full of bread waiting for the BBEG to come for me and torch the little town I built for the ungrateful rust buskets.

Enjoying this game a lot. Animal Crossing-like villager and creature collection is incredibly fun, as well as the vast and interesting combat system with tons of different weapons and mods to try. I really look forward to the future of this game!

I absolutely love the combat!! Each weapon plays so different and unique it truly makes the game refreshing trying them all and mastering the ones you enjoy. The looks of the weapons to are so nice to. Combat is amazing as well being able to use your grapple hook during combat and the fluidness of the weapons its all so nice i love it. Town building is very nice to i enjoy that aspect even tho ive never been into those types of game. Def recommend !!

So i wanna like this game, i do badly. i love the sim style island/base building(so many options). its cool it mixes with a rouge-like element. you build up up gears and do runs for loot or missions. my only issue is as a friendless player, its dead.... nobody ever host a game, the servers are always empty :( and this makes the missions a good bit harder to do and can take multiple attempts and that would be cool but you dont get a lot for replaying missions which is hard when ur missions are rouge like(PLEASE MAKE SOLO PLAYERS ACQUIRE MORE SOULS SPARKS!!). i feel as if u should get a boost when ur alone. or maybe add a quick join button so we can join games it progress. all i know is by myself the grind for the mats to get to ur next upgrade that will actually make a diff in the fight is a uphill annoying battle. id wait for more updates
