Very jarring, very confusing, little feedback and surprisingly overwhelming.
Walls of text slow down gameplay very often, while visual novels also do this, point and clicks usually avoid this by having visual flair. In this case I just unfortunately can not connect words to anything, and it makes reading very dry. I'm sorry to say, but the poem aspect just doesn't interest me either, mostly because of the previously mentioned missing visuals.
I liked some of the backrounds, they were very cluttered (in a good way) and things that required interacting were clearly highlighted, which is good.
