I spent hours upon hours playing this on my Xbox back in the day. It's a certified banger if you enjoy simple but hectic twin stick shooters. I enjoy the variety of modes that you cycle through in Adventure, Ultimate, and Hardcore Mode. Main contentions are that the soundtrack and visual are extremely repetitive and thus get very exhausting after a while, especially considering they are completely outclassed by the music and the visuals of the first two games. My other contention is regarding the 3D nature of a lot of the levels. It's just not that good. There also is no Sequence Mode. Geometry Wars 2 is still a better game, but this one is a very good alternative with arguably more replay value. I definitely recommend this for fans of the series or the genre.
