If you are a student, I can't think of a better way to read the Theban plays for the first time. The prose made the material completely comprehensible. The music and the visuals accompanying the text added to the tension and dread that compounded throughout the unfolding tragedies, even though I was already familiar with what was coming. I strongly suspect this presentation will similarly magnify the emotional impact for first time readers. This product is an incredible opportunity to connect modern audiences to antiquity in a highly accessible way.
