It's a cozy infrastructure development and resource management game. What more can a man ask for? Aside for fuel, guns, food and water of course. And don't forget spare tires, spare parts, ancient artifacts, creds etc etc

Incredibly easy to play, incredibly easy to lose... But I keep coming back for more!
At some point I might actually get good at it, but in the meantime, back to Day 0 we go...

Runs perfectly on steam deck. Gameplay loop is addictive. Looking forward to unfolding many stories in exploring the vast map.

Fun game if you can get yourself past a few nagging things.
The retro low-res, and somewhat cumbersome interface is definitely the biggest drawback.
Some bugs, stupidly messed-up texts are second.
But there's quite a bit in the game, just need to learn to use it.

Shockingly entertaining and almost addictive. I wasn’t expecting to enjoy this game nearly as much as I have, and I’m sure I haven’t found all the hidden surprises and quirks yet. It’s wonderful - equal parts chill (think elements of Stardew Valley) and challenging (you can screw it up and you WILL die- just load from your last save and carry on.) Beautiful game. Crazy fun. Easy to learn but difficult to master. I would highly recommend!

post apocalyptic oregon trail plus the overworld map from fallout 1 plus the trading of Sea Trader on the GBA. fun exploration, travel and party interactions, though not super in-depth. story missions are a little buggy, missions and waypoints don't always spawn right, but overall very fun.

Very addictive game with a steep learning curve, once you get the hang of it you'll have a hard time putting it down.
Could do with a lot of small quality of life UI improvements such as the placement of buttons and some windows having and X and some NOT and instead you need to scroll down and choose an option to exit instead.
Overall its worth the cost and I got my money's worth :D

An great game that does everything right!
No downsides whatsoever from me. I'm usually very critical in reviews but this game really surpassed any expectations I had when I bought it.
DO BUY

I tried so hard to love this game from my loyalty to an old game called frontier but i just can't. i'm sure that i could fumble my way to the end purely by brute force but it's just not enjoyable. After around 3 hours you've seen the game. Your choices don't matter, the combat is boring where it's either a crushing defeat or a wipe-out. The game throws percentages at you and they mean almost nothing. That last statement was the final straw for me. Let me give you an example of what you could be in for.
One of crew is stressed out on the road, not an a problem we have a 6% chance of getting attacked nothing to worry about a 94% chance of success. Nope attacked, no worries I win and try again with an 8% risk. Attacked, win. try again 5% risk. try again, attacked, ready to snap my keyboard but i win. Try again 7% success FINALLY! 7 hours has passed now one crew is max stressed and another is maxed fatigue. I can fix both but not at the same time. Lets have a party to reduce stress. 8% risk, failure, fight, win try again 6% risk, failure, fight, win. my stressed crew member has a breakdown (i get it) and eats 1/4 of our food rations. I CAN FIX THIS!. She's no longer an issue i must rest my men. 9% risk, attempt sleep. fail, fight, win. 4% risk SURELY THIS TIME! try again, fight, win. 6% risk. No longer matters another member of my crew is now max stress, he's been trying to camp for half a day now, i get it. My maxed fatigue guy is me, he dies from being so tired. I come here to write this review because THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAPPENED. While that is going on the combat is also based on percentages. I've wasted over 100 rounds missing multiple 50% chance and higher attacks sometimes 6 - 7 in a row with 80% - 90% accuracy.
I wanted to love this game but my god. the percentages mean nothing. The dev has lied to you apart from that this game is fantastic and will be a huge boon to anyone from the old Armour and Kongregate games from Adobe. If the percentages actually meant anything and you could make decisions based on them with some degree of confidence this game would get recommended from me, the poor combat and decisions that mean nothing are not that bad, the mechanics are brilliant. The trail and error is exciting and the dev clearly knew what they wanted to make but this one issue has soured me and i'm not the only one.
